Madoka is still the true god.
But i also worship the devil Homura
I believe in the Nine Divines, but there's a whole lot of Daedra Princes arguing over who gets my soul after I die, with Sheogorath and Sanguine in the lead, closely followed by Nocturnal.
All hail The Great Deceiver, the Lord of all knowledge, truth and planning, Tzeentch.

"Did you expect somebody else?"Every day and every night, it is my wish that Lady Yukari Yakumo will kidnap me spirit me away to the blessed lands of Gensokyo.
I do have some actual/traditional beliefs (enough to be in one of the Troper Covens here), but I do confess to being a borderline devotee of the Church of the Three Goddesses. I feel a pull toward Farore most of all, because I feel a need for courage.
I've given thought to making it an actual religion for me, just to annoy people.

"what the complete, unabridged, 4k ultra HD fuck with bonus features" - Mark Von LewisThe article talks about hyper-realism sort of like a double negative. meaning that only something that is truely fake can be real?

"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."Bumping this up because I just came across a thread started with a similar theme on the front page that was locked and thought that this might be a more lighthearted thread that would interest that ill-fated thread's originator.... You know, since I have a linked article to an actual sociological study on that sort of thing.

Sometimes, I like to poke around on fringe-y/paranormal sites on the Internet. Hey, I'm an old school X-Files fan, so sue me.
Anyway, I found something tonight that I thought was interesting and didn't know anywhere else to share it.

I thought it might be a nice addition to the Intellectual Property Religion page, or at least, it might amuse a few of you for a while. It's an actual for-serious essay about people drawing spiritual ideas and developing what could be called new forms of religion around known fictions. Jedi is discussed in detail, as well as some darker stuff centering around Slenderman.
I just thought it was interesting.
