Hey, cool!
Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating. There's not folder for adaptations of comics...for comics.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Yeah there is, it's the third one down.
Oh, I didn't se that. It's not usually that high, 3rd place.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Holy hell, looks like there's gonna be actual character development for Ludo.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.It makes me think of LSP living in the woods in Adventure Time.
There can only be room for one monster villain, and that is Toffee. Ludo'll have to stick with whatever lessons he learns out there in the woods. :P
Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating.Ludo will eventually become an ally to Star, as some kind of Token Evil Teammate.
They also released the first three (six 11-minutes shorts) episodes synopsis. They sound fun.
Agreed. This show will get even better with Toffee causing all the conflicts, in my opinion. He's just so good at it.
New Web Browser, same old Shokew.I'm sticking to my that Toffee will appear to have been working all along for the new big bad, only to betray him at the end of the season.
"Show us the Galaxy Warp."Nice. The betrayer (Toffee) gets beaten at his own game. Unless you meant that Toffee betrays the show's main villain (again).
This show really needs a competent recurring/main villain to rise the stakes a bit. Toffee is great, a perfect counterpart to Star's upbeat, silly personality, but I like to think that he's actually a Snape-like character, which is yes, villainous and not really likeable, but ultimately not the *main* evil villain of the series. Considering that he has a history with the royal family, I guess that we're going to see some interesting developments. Eventually.
However, last time I predicted "villain is actually a good-ish guy" was with Bill Cipher, and we all know how *that* turned out at the end.

I still like the theory that Toffee is somehow evil future Marco. Then again I seem to be the only person in the world that thought Monarch causing his own Start of Darkness was a really cool idea.
Monarch who?
He's the bad guy from the DC crossover event Armageddon 2001.
To be fair, part of the reason for is DC decided to pull a new ending out of its ass after the original ending got leaked and the new one made no sense and DC kept trying to redo the original ending.
Troper Wall — DeviantArtHonestly, while Toffee's a decent villain, I feel like he's a bit overrated by this show's fans. Like, as far as I see with him, he's a good Saturday morning cartoon villain, and that's it. And it works with this show, since it pretty much is written like an action-comedy Saturday morning cartoon from the '90s.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here. You make him sound like he's at Bill Cipher level of popularity which he isn't. Sure the fans like Toffee and are interested in what he brings to the table but honestly it's not like people dedicate blogs or draw copious amounts of human fanart of him. And he's certainly not on Lord Dominator's wavelength either.
"That's a to-go order. See! It's already gone!!"Is that because he's not female and doesn't wear a top hat?

YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.I'm sure that's part of it. XD But I think it has more to do with how he acts. While all 3 are effective villains, he's certainly the most normal of the three, he's the more traditional villain I guess you could say. The other two are pretty quirky, although Toffee did show that one weird expression in an episode. I guess some are drawn to the really psychotic villains.

"That's a to-go order. See! It's already gone!!"Toffee was too Obviously Evil for me. The second he shows up you can tell he's a sleazy villain who's going to betray Ludo. Unless they have something interesting planned for his character in season 2, being able to deduce a character's arc the second they appear doesn't make watching them very interesting.
Well at the moment this show isn't what you'd consider to be all that complex even if there is a little mystery.
"That's a to-go order. See! It's already gone!!"I do have high hopes for that though, especially with the moral ambiguity set up in Mewnipendence Day
We still barely know anything about Toffee. With Bill Cipher and Lord Dominator, they both had similar motivations: wreck shit up. Bill wanted to use his powers to fuck up the universe, and Dominator wanted to blow up planets and scare people. Both of them were fully Chaotic Evil.
Toffee seems to have a more personal vendetta going on. He's more manipulative and, if the theory that he severed his own finger to allow himself to regenerate is true, he's good at planning. The guy has some kind of plan that's more complex than Bill or Dominator's plans.
We'll have to wait and see how it all plays out, but Toffee is a different kind of villain than Bill and Dominator.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?
