It's understated, but it's pretty clearly a disfigured guy leveling a nuke (though I wish it had radiation symbols or something to make it clearer).

I'm sure once Phantom Pain comes out, Skull Face will qualify for CM and he'll be added to the page. I bet we'll have some good images then.

Honestly, I think that searching for an image that illustrates monstrosity but without necessarily being an example ( and to lampshade it in the caption if it isn't) seems best for Complete Monster at times.

^ is not very good, either. And this trope doesn't involve "disfigured" in any form.

I wouldn't be so sure about Skull Face qualifying; note that throughout the entire series and the sum of it's spin offs we have exactly three Complete Monsters. One of Hideo's best writing abilities is that he can take a villain and give him or her depth so that you can understand why they are the way the are.

Besides, from what we saw in Ground Zeroes it's unlikely that Skull Face's most heinous deeds will involve him in the shots.

Anyway, I give a for all proposed examples. Volgin electrocuting Snake doesn't capture enough of what made him count since getting tortured is a once a game occurrence, him with the Davey Crocket lacks enough context to explain it, there just isn't a good image to encapsulate everything.

I think that perhaps we just have to leave the page without an image. Even though we have three villains to chose from I don't think there is a good still shot that would be self-explanatory enough and be able to give a good example of it. Maybe Sundowner with his knife against the President's throat and a good quote from him.

Why not Sundowner holding N'Mani's dead corpse with the caption "GIVE WAR A CHANCE!"?

The OP's suggestion is better than the other, but it's still only so-so in my opinion.

I like mine better though, since the quote's in English and shows Sundowner's Blood Knight love of War for Fun and Profit.

I think we need a still from that bit where he's got one of the brains in his hands.
