Oh my... First Killing Floor isn't technically very good game, you can tell its upgraded mod, but it was pretty fun
I think I heard about this before, and it does probably explain the lull in updates to KF.
Looks like it might be on UE3, which is nice. Like the sound of new animations.
Love the name for the gore system.

"Hipsters: the most dangerous gang in the US." - Pacific MackerelPreview sounds like they've more or less got a handle on the issues which certainly didn't make the first game blow off gamers' socks everywhere, so I'm certain I'll love it and think it's a lot more likely many more people will join me in that when it comes out.
...assuming things aren't horrifically buggy on release which is a fairly common occurrence for games on release.
Someone should make a mod where the zeds' heads turn into potatoes after they die.
Geddit?

I want this so bad I can taste it. Tastes like gunpowder and blood.
But yeah, I'm a big fan of the first Killing Floor, so this is like Christmas morning to me.
Should've checked the list.Really glad to hear they're messing with the leveling system...I've got 86 hours of the game on Steam and have to hit 6 on any perk.
Also, let this say what we're all thinking◊.

There are two new specimens called Slasher and Cyst.
Berserk Button:People making stupid arguments making hateful comments, and irritating people. Fanboy:of well pretty much anything. The damage requirements and headshot requirements aren't so bad.
The kill requirements however are ASDFJKL
Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans.Even more scurry Zeds (WHY NO SCRAKE!?)
Written preview, happens to talk about stuff my first link noticed

Look all that matters is if it has
Yeah, about that...Alan Wilson said he didn't really want to voice for it again...
But they could still copy it over!
So no hilariously silly British accents?
That is part of the fun!
25 Levels per perk? They must have made them a lot easier to get to all things considered. Hell, I used to play day in day out and I never got everything to six. I was close, but I was part of a dedicated clan for the game at one point. I think my friend who was also in there was the only person I have ever seen get everything to six.
Dost Thou Desire the Power ... Glove? It's so bad.I got everything to six, but that's over 482 hours, so I should hope so.
But yeah, the story I heard about the 25 levels is that they're scaled in such a way that it takes about as long to get from one to twenty-five in KF 2 as one to six in KF 1.

Should've checked the list.Yeah, sounds like the intent wasn't to make the required grind less...just make that grind less painful with the rewards being more widely interspersed in your playtime.
Ooooooooooohhhh babyyyyyyy.
Holy sweet mother joseph maria! awesome, finally some gameplay! let's hope my computer can handle the game.
Goddamnit, the wait is Killing me!
Having Alt-itis since forever and past that. This looks really encouraging. Always good to see harder difficulty implementing new tactics for enemies instead of just making them bullet spongey (commando is kinda useless damage wise in harder diff in 1...). Also, good thing the leveling system is fixed (leveling up in KF 1 SUCKS), and at least some part on fixing the desirability to just camp in a single place for every single round looks good...just hope that they can actually pull in off in several areas.

Give me cute or give me...something?I'm interested in what the new perks will be, and how heavily modified some of the existing ones might become. From the video it seems like Commando is mostly the same, but it sounds like Support Specialist can do stuff like have the ammo kit with them.
Even from the comments it seems that just by the very nature of melee combat changing so drastically that Berserker has been dramatically changed/improved upon. Good news for me as it was my favourite class, but wasn't great in terms of usability once the later waves started.
Dost Thou Desire the Power ... Glove? It's so bad.The leveling in total isn't going to be faster from what they've said...but the difference between 21 to 22 is going to be much faster than 5 to 6.
It's been announced, for PC and SteamOS.
Here's a blood-drenched preview
No, I mean like, realllllllllllyyyyy blood-drenched. Just read it.
