You can edit the pages. There is an edit button that says Edit Page.
If your account is brand new you may not be able to edit yet. I can't recall if their is a unspecified timed lock out on new accounts for editing or not.
Who watches the watchmen?First, you turn off your capslock. (I'm serious. Enthusiasm is good. We like enthusiasm. We don't like shouting.)
On any wiki page, there is a row of buttons along the top. One of them says "Edit". Click that button and it will open the edit screen for the page.If there's no button labeled "Edit" there will instead be one with a tiny little padlock icon on it. That means that the page is locked and no one except one of the staff can edit it. If there's an edit that you feel is important to be made, post it in the thread named Request Edits to Locked Pages in the Frequently Asked Questions section of the forum.
I'd suggest, though , that before you start editing that you read a couple of the Administrivia pages:
- Text-Formatting Rules for how the markup works.
- TV Tropes Customs for General Guidelines
- How to Write an Example is just what it says on the tin: what makes a good example entry.
- Example Indentation in Trope Lists: Not reading this trips up more than a few new editors.
- Conversation in the Main Page and Repair, Don't Respond: What Natter is, why we hate it, and how to avoid it.

...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Maddy beat me to the punch. I was going to link them to the Administrivia. I lost the thread before I could post it. Good thing Maddy is on the bounce.
Only thing I would add is Know the Staff a list of various Staff.
Who watches the watchmen? How do you create a moments page
You need to edit the MomentInQuestion.Work In Question page. Just substitute the words here with the moment and the work in question.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanAll caps thread titles make my eyes bleed.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"
Greetings. My name is Chris and I am a newcomer to this FANTASTIC site (one could spend DAYS looking at all the tropes!). I'm suffering a dilemma: THERE'S NO WAY TO EDIT THE PAGES. What do I do?
