The game itself, or setting a game up?
For the former: Ever play Apples to Apples? It's like that, except a good deal more twisted. Just play a card in your hand that fits a Card Czar's black card the best. The winning entry gets an awesome point.
For the latter: You can start a game on the upper part of the site's menu.

Yes. There are in fact three different servers, and you can set up a game in one of these. Not hard to do.
