I think the problem is more that there's no indication that this guy acquired his skill from the workplace. I mean, he's wearing a salaryman shirt, but I'm not sure that that's enough.

But to answer the OP, he clearly look like a salaryman, a Japanese White Collar Worker. He also does something a White Collar Worker might do('negotiate') but in an unusual/odd way and setting.

Better, yes.
But given there are no other suggestions, the picture looks good and is of good quality, it adds visual interest to the page, it doesn't break any rules, and it certainly doesn't detract or obfuscate from the page, I can't think of a reason to pull without replacement. It's by no means great (probably not even "good") but it's definitely not bad. I feel like most of the other weak KUBI Ses feel similarly.
