So Jonboy Myers, formerly of Teen Titans Rebirth, has jumped ship to Marvel to work on a new Inhumans book by Al Ewing.
that;s a downgrade
So the week of February 15th I would have to pick up:
- Batwoman: Rebirth #1
- Batman #17
- Green Lanterns #17
- Harley Quinn #14
- Raven #6
- The Wild Storm #1
Unless I drop a book; which I'm not sure would happen by then.
Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureAnd the big lie of Wonder Woman is Doctor Sam Beckett never returned home
So question, but would Superman's Super Breath technically be an application of his Super Strength, since he kind of has to use his muscles to breathe?
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!Whatever happened to Congorilla?
The Protomen enhanced my life.My family does a gift exchange for Christmas every year. We write what we want on a piece of paper with our names on the top.
This year I put on my list The Multiversity and The Books of Magic. I asked for the trade version of both of them.
The Books of Magic I put the four books by Neil Gaiman.
Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureThe villains JL and SS will team up for after initial mistrust and conflict: Maxwell Lord, Emerald Empress, Doctor Polaris, Johnny Sorrow, Rustam and Lobo.

Couple of things:
1. Oh, Maxwell Lord. Whatever happened to the days when you were just the well meaning if slightly money-obsessed manager of the Justice League? And now you're going around giving yourself nosebleeds and trying to conquer the world or some shit. Why can't you just get hit with the Character Rerailment stick already and call it a day? But I guess that's the price to pay for being C-List Fodder; no one but the hardcore fans really gives a damn.
2. Johnny Sorrow? Does this mean the JSA is coming back sooner rather than later? Because I'm pretty sure he's mainly a JSA villain. (SQUEE!)

I thought they said books like Shazam, Justice Society of America, and Batwoman were in Phase 2 of Rebirth. Batwoman Rebirth is on February 15th.
So I'm sure the other two can't be far behind.

Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureI wonder if turning Max evil was influenced by his role in the JL cartoon around the same time. He wasn't a supervillain in that, but he was a Cadmus member.

Unless I missed something, Phase 2 is Batwoman, JLA, and Super Sons. That's it.

My stories on AO3.I'm probably wrong.
I know Geoff Johns mentioned Shazam and JSA were on the way I thought it was Phase 2.
Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureNah that cartoon was after his utterly baffling heelturn
The real reason they made him a villian was obscure titans sidecharacter mister jupiter was too obscure to make a major villian in your big crisis. So max was chosen instead despite it making no sense whatsoever.
But yaya for johnny sorrow!!!
" I did the right thing, didn't I? It all worked out in the end." "In the end? Nothing ends, Adrian. Nothing ever ends."And they thought Max wasn't too obscure? Don't get me wrong, I like the guy, but he isn't exactly an A or even B lister here; hell, maybe not even C list. Though using Mr.Jupiter wouldn't have been much better. Hey, here's an idea; instead of having an established good guy do a Heel–Face Turn for the sake of shock value, why don't you just use, I don't know, an actual bad guy? No shame in that, really.

Hell they could have used Veronica Cale, a character created by Rucka as a Wonder Woman villain.
too unknown.
Who the fuck knew the first thing about the Anti-Monitor before the first issue of Crisis on Infinite Earths? Can't we have a major event villain without derailing someone for shock value anymore?
The Anti-Monitor is cool.
it had to be someone who they had trusted so the betrayal hurt more is my thinking.
I could swear I read somewhere that Didio doesn't like that era of the JL and mandated the Max-is-evil-Ted-is-a-huge-loser thing with the specific intent of undermining its credibility but there are just so many myths about him that I take it with a grain of salt.
People should read Aquaman, it's an excellent book. Though I'll freely admit, DC needs to find a flashier artist to draw that book rather than the workmanlike artists that normally draw it. But the stories have been very strong.
