Subtrope I'd imagine, they're the same but bands are a big enough subgroup to be split off though technically a trope about bands that got animated spinoffs shouldn't include non-animated examples.

My vote is for Jackie Chan, mainly because it won't hang down as far into the examples as the Norris pic would.
I am not familiar with Chan and a little more with Schwarzenegger and Norris, so I would prefer to go with the latter.
