Poor Image: Hacker Cave

Image is a perfect illustration, its just too dark. If some of our less Photoshop-challenged members could brighten it up, it would be fine.

Done, but couldn't "push" it very far without highlighting a whole lot of compression artifacts too. Recommend finding a different picture, or at least recapturing that one from source.

As one of our less Photoshop-challenged members, I say this image is beyond saving. I tried brightening it, but it only reveals its giant hideous artifacts. Compression must have been very severe, since the file is only 9 Ki B. Instead, I'll suggest this image I found on Google.

That's pretty good, but I got some Lain screencaps from GIS and I think they turned out pretty good.

I like that one.

First I thought of was Kamisama No Memochou, but didn't really find any good images (often more focused on Alice). Best ones I found: third image, first image.

I think that 3 and 4.1 and 4.2 equally work for me, same for the two pics in 6. 4.3 is a bit too dark.

3 is a sweet setup, but it doesn't have the same Hacker Cave vibe as the suggestions in 4.

I prefer the crop, although the fine details are kinda muddy.
