It's misleading especially since the "I Don't Want to Ruin Our Friendship" part of their relationship lasted about an episode, and they remained together for several seasons. Heck, the picture even has them looking like a couple.

I like #5, but it could be cropped a bit more so that the final image (and text) is a bit bigger. The basket of whatever on the counter on the right side can go, as can the space behind Marten's head on the left.

Yes, I'm sure he's going to be bright and peppy and eager to assist customers when he's fretting over possibly making things weird with a girl.
There's no effective way to illustrate this that I know of without leaning on dialogue, and I'm fine with that provided we don't use the same source for the page quote.
Does it help that I don't think it'd be that great a page quote?

I do have to reiterate, current is meaningless without context, and actively misleading with context (since if you know enough to know that this trope applied to them (for all of three episodes), then you know enough to realize they get Happily Married for several seasons.

Can I get rid of the the Friends picture.
We need consensus before getting rid of it. I agree that the current (Friends) is bad but I don't think the suggestion (QC) is good. It wouldn't hurt, I just don't think it would help.
Inclined to agree with on this one.

I think that the trope I Don't Want to Ruin Our Friendship needs a new image. The picture from Friends does not illustrate this trope. While the characters are a well know example of this trope, anyone who is unaware of the show would not understand it.
