It's not that I can tell that's a infamous South American drug dealer named Pablo Escobar on this page just by looking at that picture, which is a borderline JAFAAC (complete with the caption being "Meet the Face of Cocaine Kingpins", which is a sure fine tell of a JAFAAC).
And I only found out who he is because the trope's description said,

That may work in Wikipedia, but as TV Trope's not Wikipedia, we have different policies related to images.
And I don't know what to suggest.
