I doubt that we can call this a straight rename.

Redirect is done. All wicks were changed to Rugged Scar, Every Scar Has a Story, or Distinguishing Mark.

In effect it's what we did, though. Cool Scars had basically the same definition that Rugged Scar has and we've turned the former into a redirect to the latter.
Then the rename reason needs to be the same as the reason for "why didn't the YKTTW use Cool Scars for title".

Cool Scars... didn't really have a definition past "these scars are freaking awesome."
