Whaaaat? The Orphic princess is siding with the Orphic people? Gee, who could have seen that coming.
Trust you? The only person I can trust is myself.New link, since the placeholder has been replaced.
Yikes. I guess Ewan was trying to go for "comforting" but instead ended up at "racist shithead." :/

Trust you? The only person I can trust is myself. How much longer until Harris gets himself out of paradise?
You don't need to link literally every new page of the comic, especially if you have nothing to add to it.

It's not Joe's fault the thread is dead. I remember the Spacetrawler thread had dozens of posts in a row that were nothing but comic updates, because only one person cared about the comic for a long time.
My general take is that's not exactly healthy. The whole point of posting links is to generate discussion; if no one wants to say anything, or can't figure out what to say, there's no point in continuing to post links. Besides, it pushes things down the page that actually have an active discussion on some level, which isn't really cool.
If you dig around, you'll find about a dozen threads started by yours truly that have been abandoned because no one else cared enough to comment on a regular basis. It's sad, since I really like a lot of those comics, but I just have to accept that I'm likely in a tiny minority among tropers.
With that said, I do like Blindsprings, but it does move slowly at points (like right now). Slow moving comics either catch on quickly with a lot of people, or their threads die off; I've found there's almost no in-between for those. Sad, but true.
Expergiscēre cras, medior quam hodie. (Awaken tomorrow, better than today.)Can Harris see the little spirit things that are on his person right now or no? I'm guessing not, but I'm guessing Rajani can, judging by her smirk.
Trust you? The only person I can trust is myself. He can, he's just an in-denial Orphic. Being able to see Rajani earlier was proof of that. And, in hindsight, being able tind Tammy way back when was probably helped by his latent Orphicness.
I like the comic a lot, even if I don't have much to say about each page. I say you should keep posting a link when a new page comes out, so I know there's a new one to check.
So Harris' comment about "the huge tiger thing" didn't fall on deaf ears.
Will the Spiritualists rat on him? Eh, doubtful...
The people, well some people, will feel better with Gravers on the street.
Oh geez, these Gravers are gonna be bad news for Tammy, I just know it...
Eyuh. I forgot how messed up the Graver system was.
I never exactly got confirmation of what Gravers are. Zombified orphics?
"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."It hasn't been specifically explained yet, but the implication I've gotten is that Gravers are magically bound Orphic slaves, unable to speak, use magic, or meaningfully disobey their masters in any way. The sigils written onto their body do all this, leaving them trapped in their own bodies. And the cruelest part is that it's implied from Deidre's appearance that the side effect is that they slowly decay and die, starting with their extremities like fingers and toes. Hence the name "Graver", someone who will inevitably end up in a grave.
Expergiscēre cras, medior quam hodie. (Awaken tomorrow, better than today.)...ok, it's official. Whatever the Orphics may or may not have done, they got nothing on the Academists. As one commenter put it, this is starting to look like Stalin versus the Czars:While the Czars weren't nice people, Stalin was, well, STALIN.
So I just archive binged this over 2 days and it is AMAZING. It's going on my roster of webcomics for sure.
Be not afraid...
