You don't watch Adult Swim, do you? Loiter Squad had a show that lasted 2 seasons, which was a weird hybrid of Jackass and SNL.

On a positive note, this is the greatest◊ Ascended Meme I have ever seen.

A lot happened in those three hours and I drank like three cans of Dr. Pepper for a drinking game so everything's sort of fuzzy beyond the moments I screenshoted and put dumb commentary on.

I don't even remember the whole ascended meme thing. All I saw was "thanks from Naughty Dog".

Still need to see the video. But still sounds like it's heading towards transphobia here. Likewise, there's never a reason for a trans* joke of a well-known character. Now, if Wario was planned to go trans for real, I actually would love that. It'd be a new thing for Nintendo to do, and they are a little low on notable females in the overall Mario expanded universe anyway. XD But it should not be joked about, since a sex change is a very serious thing in reality.

I see no reason to defend a trans* joke anyway. If it was in bad taste in the first place, then people getting offended is more than justified in itself.

Angry Joe gives his opinion on the Awards and what they should do to make the Awards Show not seem like it's just there to ridicule its audience and be lazy about the medium in general. He seems to share the opinions most of the people here have with the show.

The first couple of minutes are just of him reacting to Joel and Geoff's "chemistry" and who I assume to be the Loiter Squad's attempts at humor. Afterwards, he starts weighing in.

Okay, not wanting to beat a dead horse, but this article had to be posted, mainly due to some quotes I think were funny. Maybe tasteless, but funny nevertheless.

And that was probably one of the lesser jokes probably on the article.

Transexual jokes are made on a daily basis. The only thing is there are good ones and bad ones. End of story. On another note: saw video or AC IV Black Flag and the acceptance award sucked ass. Glad it won I'm vexed by the awfulness of the show.

After watching that, I can see that Joel made Geoff Keighley suffer, and for that he gets my respect.

So what is everyone's problem with Geoff Kieghly, aside from Doritogate?

He's the producer for the show. That means that he's in charge of it. Everything we saw (except for Joel going off the rails occasionally) was done with his approval.

Also, he really oversells the show every year. The idea that Nintendo was revealing a brand new game came from Geoff. Nintendo of America's official twitter feed was pretty specific that it was new content for an already-announced game.

I never liked him even when he was on EP Daily (Electric Playground) just because he always seemed to sucked up to the people he was interviewing and I just don't like when people do that.
