I think she just like strong people in genera regardless of specialisation. She approached Rikku and Yuuki because their football talent, and got interested in Gunpla seeing champion. She gave Taiga same threatment too.

Actually that's a good point. She did blush after seeing Kyoya take on that Devil Gundam in Episode 3.
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...Finally the ninja girl is going to join the heroes, even though it looks like she'll be a double agent for what I'm guessing is the main antagonist.
Also, New Gundam Breaker is going to hold a Customized Build Contest, and the winner will appear in Build Divers.
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests.Man, the G Gundam game in this show is strong as hell and that's hilarious. I like G as a guilty pleasure, so I'm loving all the blatant references to it.
The more I learn about how GBN works and the more that its system seems to be "there is no system" and/or "ultimate unstructured freeform", it drives my inner MMO player a little nuts. But on the other hand, that "ultimate freedom" (which admittedly is in line with the ideals of Gunpla as espoused by Tatsuya) means you can do whatever the hell you want. Being a writer/roleplayer/victom of altitis, that's as appealing as it is frustrating.
And now I'm thinking there's a community of hardcore RPers who do their own interpretations of the One Year War.

Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...That's... like honestly, I wouldn't be surprised by that one iota. In fact, I'm sure it's actually a thing.

Meanwhile, elsewhere, a bunch of Divers get together to compete to fit the most Dakka onto their Gunpla.
The winner is always some guy who made a gunpla entirely out of Unicorn Gatling shields.
That was the cheesiest thing I've seen in a while. I mean, this was all about G Gundam, so that makes sense, but there's still a part of me that's uneasy, because when you mix G Gundam in too much with the others, you get things like Sekai Kamiki and the Try Burning Gundam just winning everything through SHOUNEN POWER. And does anyone want more of that?
I feel similarly. The unrestricted freedom may be appealing in its own way, but if there's no restrictions at all, things get way too silly.

I think the point of this ep is very much the lesson in The Matrix. You learn to differentiate reality and GBN, you learn to maximize your potential.
Vaquero Gundam confirmed best part of GBD so far. Complete with coffin VLS and beam cannon banjo. I mean, they took Tequila Gundam and managed to make it not an offensive stereotype, while still keeping it on theme. That's pretty damned impressive.
Pity this episode was about going to MMO China to learn MMO kung-fu from MMO Shaolin Monks, and next episode seems to be about going to MMO Persia to visit MMO Arab arms dealers. Jesus.
Really from Jupiter, but not an alien.Yawwwwn....
- So I'm guessing that Nanami is the Kapool's mysterious builder.
- Tigerwolf and this episode's main plot were forgettable.
- I missed Patrick's cameo this episode
- I don't like how they said that the Kapool was an appropriate gunpla for a girl. I like the Kapool, but let Momo pilot a SUMO or something. The way the writers treat her and Sarah is very cringeworthy.
- Modified Tequila Gundam is love.
The Kapool did have Sochie Heim and Miashei Kune pilot them. Its a good choice, they could have explained it better though.
I'm sort of annoyed by the idea that girls need special girly gunpla in general. I sort of wanted to see Momoka pick something absurdly over the top manly, like Heavyarms but with even more guns strapped on. The Kapool isn't a bad choice (at least it's not obnoxiously cute like the Bearguy or an SD)... but then they ruined it by having her pick it because she thought it was cute, and then the guys make it worse by mentioning "oh, girls piloted that one, so it fits!"
Really from Jupiter, but not an alien.plus if the website's anything to go by the kawaiification will happen any time now making it the penguin kapool.
"Coffee! Coffeecoffeecoffee! Coffee! Not as strong as Meth-amphetamine, but it lets you keep your teeth!"To be fair, it's not like she have any idea about world of Gundam. Picking based on appearence is pretty much matter of course. Being non-mascot, non-gundam MS is huge plus in my book.
I dunno about forgetable, this Master Asia expy pretty much gave the Matrix lesson.
And then in that episode, I learned that it's entirely possible to be a goddamn Badass Normal. So it's all good.
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...So yeah. If Nanami isn't Magee, she's definitely the Kapool's builder.
Do we know who the foxboy in the preview is yet? Seems to be the builder of the Seravee. Maybe that is Nanami and Magee is her brother? Because he looks like a skinny Magee with fox ears. Maybe Magee's alt account?
... and yeah. Momo's really cringey.

Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Probably just someone entirely else. I doubt the series will dive into the actual identity of some of the players (aside from the main character) at this point.

@Jovian: I assume the trip to Perisia is more about seeing some of the world's best builders and their work, so maybe it's more about the Gunpla equivalent of Per(i)sian rugs?
"Hipsters: the most dangerous gang in the US." - Pacific MackerelIs that a freaking pun on the Unicorn Gundam's model number?
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...If Zeromaru's theme isn't a kazoo cover of RX-0, then what's the point?!
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests.Hey, Episode 5 is up.
Huh huh what
How did they end up in a desert? How did you know ninja girl is called Ayame? ha ha I am dumb
The first half of this episode is about talking about Gunpla customization. I don't care the customization part all that much unless it moves the plot forward, and I bet most don't care either.
Oh yeah, Ayame got captured by two shady men.
"We didn't bring our gunpla!" How did you not bring a Gunpla in a Gunpla MMORPG? I supposed that's an excuse so Riku and Yukki can pilot tiny Ptolemaios.
I don't remember the time where a VAGAN mobile suit becomes very gundam-like.
Oh wow, fox guy turned out to be Mr. Shahryar. What a twist.
I noticed that when Ptolemaios Arm shrank when it merges with Gundam Seravee when it was roughly the same size as that VAGAN mobile suit before.
blah blah Riku going to form his own force blah blah own style blah blah blah
So yeah, not much has happened in this episode other than the name of that ninja girl. Next episode seems promising, though.

Isn't that still "because of Riku"? Even if it's not romantic, it's still because she's following the main characters. Which is weird because, as I said before, she didn't even seem actually close to them at all.
