I can't tell what's happening in the bottom two panels. +1 to pull. I'm pretty sure we're already using the pic of Gwen Stacy's neck being snapped when Spidey webs her, otherwise I'd say that's a pretty good option.
Actually, something that would work as a good lampshade would be a bowl of chunky salsa with the caption "The Enterprise crew at warp speed without the ship's inertial dampeners" or something along those lines, since acceleration also factors into this trope.

If the cover covers any acceleration, not just gravity, then I am inclined to dis-support any gravity based pic.
And the current is fairly hard to read. Toss it.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanWhile the first panel is clearly a falling woman, the other two are difficult yo decipher even with the caption explaining it's Batman.
Voting +1 remove due to lack of clarity; images should not require the effort of a magic eye picture.

I think it's relatively easy to see what's going on. Sure, the score doesn't really add anything, other than making it clear what medium it is, so I don't mind that being removed.
Either way, Keep Until Better Image Suggested.
Check out my fanfiction! How about the cover from Superdickery showing Superman throwing a man off a building with the man shouting that Superman has gone mad and instead of arresting him, he's killing him? If we need a caption, we can point out that the man is still alive, in the caption.

Absent-minded professor and Neverwinter Nights DMI could understand it just fine, but I guess it's a bit unclear. I still like it, though.
Dunno about the Superman suggestion.
Pinball cleanup threadI had absolutely no idea what the last two images were trying to show, so +1 to change. As to the Superman image, I don't quite see what that has to do with the trope. It doesn't show the man even being saved at all, and he could have just as easily died for all I can tell just by looking at it. If you need a caption to completely explain the point rather than to supplement it, it probably won't work.
It's a little wordy, but how's this?
Words are good, this works for me.
Definitely works for me.
Pinball cleanup threadI like it.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Much better. The arms are the most critical detail.

It's a huge improvement over current.

I'm really liking it.
Oh really when? Can we go with the Bug Martini picture now?
Pinball cleanup threadI agree
That's good enough. New image is up.
Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.Cool, thanks. A caption would be just adding more words, so this looks good as is. Locking up.
Ugh… not to be unfair to a particular medium, but pinball, seriously? It really makes a pretty crappy looking image. 8-bit would look better than this. At the very least, we don't need the score on the left.
