Da Hai (A Chinese Miyazakian like film)

So, there's this beautiful Studio Ghibli-esque Chinese film called Da Hai (Big Ocean or Big Fish, I'm not quite sure which one it is) that's due to be released in 2014 or 2015. It looks really awesome.

Some of the sound in this trailer doesn't work, but the important bits seem to work.

Since there isn't really an animation forum for anything other than Western or Japanese works, I guessed that it would fit better here. We should probably fix that, though.

2015 look too optimistic for a release date, mate.

I was going off the description.

Those animal headed people were freaky as fuck.

It does have that Ghibli air to it. It might be the kick that Chinese animation needs to become even better than before.

Why are you taunting me with something I cannot watch for years?
