Hodari Coker (Southland and Ray Donovan) will act as showrunner for the Luke Cage series.
Daredevil Reviews are starting to roll out too. Spoiler warning.

Here's another very positive review, based on the first 5 episodes.

Damn, I want to steal my parents' Netflix account now XD
'm especially excited for D'Onofrio's Kingpin.
They don't let you use it anyway?
Well, I just signed up for a month of Netflix based on the reviews for this, so I hope it lives up to the claims.

Two new trailers.
Most excellent but I miss Fisk's iconic white suit.
Trump delenda estSince this is an origin story for Kingpin as much as it is for Daredevil, I have a good feeling that he'll get it towards the end of the season around the time Daredevil gets his red costume.
I think my brain would explode if the season finale had Daredevil adopting his red costume while Fisk donned his white suit and subsequently had their first physical showdown.
"All you Fascists bound to lose."Since they're all supposedly doing their thing in New York, I hope Kingpin's empire remains a major element in all the Netflix shows.
Like, the other characters have their Big Bads and their own [[Rogues Gallery Rogues Galleries], but the Kingpin is still involved in plots across the board. One villain is a mercenary who used to work for him, or is a competitor, or we find out he's partially responsible for whatever situation X hero is dealing with - and that while they were dealing with that Daredevil was taking care of him. Etcetera and so on.
I really just hope they don't kill him.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Oh they probably will. It's just technically THEIR Netflix and I don't know the password. Besides they used it every night. I'd probably have to bribe them to use it for an hour in between their nightly Bloodlines binge watch XD
I'd use it more if I wasn't so worried about them wondering why Power Rangers was in their queue XD.
Unless you're using the same device or TV it doesn't matter if someone is already using the account to watch something.
Here's the full motion poster showing it.
Anyone else think that at this point of it's development that Daredevil deserves it's own thread?
Trump delenda estI would vote for renaming the Thread "Marvel's Netflix shows"...after all they are supposed to get connected eventually. It makes more sense to discuss them all in one place.
I second that vote. The title made sense before, but this has moved from Announcement News to Current Events.
My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.Thirded.
Yeah, if we can get a title change that kind of makes sense; the shows are one at a time and will link together, so we can discuss them as a whole.
EDIT: We are go. This show has a really weird title sequence. Like, tripy weird symbolic stuff.

Watching first episode of Daredevil. I did not expect his first vigillate work to be busting a human trafficking ring.
Watched the first two episodes and it's good. Like, really good.
If nothing else, watch it for the fight scene at the end of the second episode. That was awesome.
Weird in a Can (updated M-F)
I would guess that as each show actually debuts it should get it's own thread.
