So, the problem with this is twofold. One, the caption starts talking about A-rank and servants like everyone is familiar with fate/stay night. Two, the image part of that image may as well just be a face with a caption, the only bit related to the trope is in text in a graphic novel screenshot. Anyone have any suggestions for an image that actually illustrates the trope?

Whomever thought that would make a good page image was suffering from extreme Fan Myopia.

Cancel spells of A-Rank or below. In practice, the Servant is untouchable to modern magi, so it would not be an exaggeration to title the Servant a "Magus Killer".

Pull.

Fate Stay Night is one of my favorite series ever. EVER. And I still think it's a horrible image. That's how bad it is.

Ew, pull it.

Even though I'm quite familiar with Fate/Stay Night, I still think that both the pic and caption tells us nothing. Vote for a pull.

I'd be the eighth "pull" vote, so it's gone.

Throwing in another [tdown] for good measure.

Good call. Looking at the examples, I'm not sure anything will make for a good pic.

[up]True. I looked up several of those listed examples and frankly, none of them can illustrate the trope without being JAFAAC.

No one even has a single example? Pfft.

[up] Which does not give you license to unilaterally put the image back up, I'll note, since I just reverted an edit of yours doing just that. That image is gone and will stay gone, unless most of the people who voted for it to go suddenly decide it's better than nothing.

I, for one, lean BUPKIS.

I found this, its not the best, but I figure it might serve to get the ball rolling: [1]

[up]It's a bit too similar with the page image of Anti-Magic, IMO.

The consensus is to pull, therefore Blank Until Pretty Kick Ass Image Suggested. No one voiced any support of it and having no image is better than a bad image.

I have to agree with 16, 15's too close to Anti-Magic for me to give it a [tup].

I think that Mage Killer almost always includes some form of Anti-Magic, and he's got a great honking mace that he looks like he's about to bash some Squishy Wizard face in with. Like I said, it's not perfect, but can we agree that it's at least better than the current?

I really don't like the concept of BUPKIS much, because too often it's used for the throwing up of hands when a good image could still be found. Let's at least put some effort in before writing off this page.

I would prefer if the armored dude was facing the caster in a combat pose. To me, it looked like armored dude has someone else in mind, and that the wizard might even be his ally, giving him some kind of shield buff or something.

This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...

What 24 says. I wonder if something like this works.
