Does Not Illustrate: Franchise.Marsupilami

It's not a terribly big issue, but the picture on the Marsupilami page is from the Disney cartoon, which is very much considered In Name Only, and thus not the best illustration. (Plus it's a bit blurry around the ears.)

A Marsupilami in Franquin's style would be much better. There's no dearth of them on the net: [1]◊ [2]◊ [3]◊ [4]◊ [5]◊

Of course, a group shot of the family◊ can be deemed superior, as well as an album cover◊.

The first three are good, and the third is my favorite. All the suggestions are better than the current.

I don't like the suggestions better because the Disney one being "In Name Only" as a complaint seems irrelevant. I do think they happen to be better images because they show the whole creature, particularly his signature long tail (the style doesn't look at all different to me between the Disney cartoon screencap in the current and the suggestions in the OP).

I like the album cover.

I am fine with any of the images presented from @1-@4, so as long as the rest are put into an Image Links page. I vote to remove the current, from motion blur.

1.2 > 1.4 > 1.1 > all the others.

1.2 is also my favorite.

This is ready to call. The new pic's up, potholed, and tagged. Caption or no? Also, should the others be put on an Image Links page or not?

Considering how easy it is to find pictures on Google, I don't think an Image Link tab is necessary here... they're better for tropes than for franchise anyway, but that's just MHO.

The image looks perfect as this, no need for a caption.
