I would have hoped a bit more opinions. It seems to lean toward panels 2 & 3 of row 2, though. Full rows would be too large, and this rezised too small.
For the caption, I'd suggest Phobia's final outburst, "BUY SOME VOWELS!", with a link to the full comic.

I tried working on this a few days ago but my saved version was artifacted to hell and back...I may try again in a day or two.

I think the second section only is best. The first, by demonstrating how to pronounce the name, goes against the entire spirit of the trope, and the third is kind of unnecessary.

Panel 2 of row 2 at least really should be included, IMHO. The whole "the Z is silent" is what makes it so good.
The four panels where the pronounciation is indeed spelled out go against the illustration of the trope, I agree.

Since The Unpronounceable is lacking a picture, I suggest a recent page
of GastroPhobia that would provide an excellent (and funny) illustration.
I'm not proposing the whole page, of course; we can cherry-pick the best panels and rearrange them.
My primary suggestion would be row 2, panels 2 & 3.
Or maybe those same 2 panels, and below them the 4-panel sequence of row 1...
