I would not go with the Smith clones, since thatsuggests other tropes. MIB or agents are both fine.
Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.I'm definitely for the Men In Black screenshot.
+1 for 1.1.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.1.1 is better than 1.2, due to the duck angle.

Check out my fanfiction!I also like 1.1, the angle makes them look more intimidating.
I'd really prefer to stay away from the films for this page. I actually kinda like the current, but this◊ seems to fit the overall theme more.
Yeah, I still have to with the movie. It's practically the Trope Namer in the public eye.
I like #7. It seems most representative of what the trope actually is. I think we should avoid shots from the Will Smith film, if you just show the most famous, and in this case eponymous, example of a trope some people may not realise that the trope extends beyond that work.
I am so tempted to suggest a shot of the men in black from Serial Experiments Lain's death sequence, but however funny that would be, it would be unrepresentative and pretty unclear without the context of motion...

I'm so sorry that my avatar doesn't appear fully in the shot, but the cat was threatening the photographer.I prefer Willbyr's suggestion in 7. It gets the concept across clearly without being specific to the movies.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.7 is slightly better than the others.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanOw! My eyes! 7 seems more like a more typical example of the trope.
Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.7 is great. It's very mysterious looking. I don't know how you could get a better image.
Going through the examples,I came across Dark City's Strangers, example◊ ,unfortunately they don't have any shades so I doubt they will qualify, but its worth a shot, right?

New theme music also a boxThat doesn't look like the trope to me. They look like gentlemen.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanYeah, they don't look shady enough to be proper Men In Black. I think 7 is the best so far.
Bigotry will NEVER be welcome on TV Tropes.Needs moar sunglasses.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!I feel they definitely look like creepy people dressed in black; and would probably have been a viable candidate had 7 not been here to overshadow it. As such, 14 is okay but 7 works much better.
Bump; one or two more votes for 7 and we can run with it.
7 is excellent.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Good enough. The new pic's up and tagged. Caption or no?
I should probably ask before it shows up in the sticky: source? I see the URL, but is it from a work in particular?

Moon◊Not that I know of; I found it through GIS and it's on a bunch of paranormal/Conspiracy Theory sites, but I'm not seeing a definite origin.
Caption suggestion: "You saw nothing. This trope is just a weather balloon."
No consensus on a caption; locking up.

The image currently on The Men in Black is a close-up of the guy's face. While that works, I suggest that it may be better to have a full body shot of one or more of these, such as this pic◊ or that one◊ or this one here◊.
