Or, to be broader, indicative of cutesiness/saccharinity in general.

And similarly I kind of doubt that Ai Shite Night is quite as overflowing with adorableness as the page image suggests it is. I think that's kind of missing the point of Action-Hogging Opening, though.

Action-Hogging Opening is an opening of a show that doesn't have that much action. It's like a version of Never Trust a Trailer applied to openings.

Why does the crowner say "Closed on account of insufficient participation"?
Not sure. Looks like something having to do with the Page Action crowner description. I may make a thread on Wiki Talk about it.
I've seen Fast Eddie saying that when he is called to call a crowner. No idea how it ended up in the crowner at-issue description.
