Oh, here's stuff on the tracking numbers, apparently hype train's going up
I generally don't like disaster movies, and this is really, really intriguing me.
I am all aboard the hype train.
Oh really when?Man, the new trailer already has almost as many likes and shares on Facebook as the main one released 2 months ago. crazy.
Watch SymphogearYeah, I myself have never seen a monster movie (at least not a traditional one, though I got Pacific Rim for Christmas I just haven't watched it yet) but I'm really excited for this for some reason.
The Fine Bros did an Elders React thing too.
Wow. The asian trailer shows a lot of Godzilla. The flying Muto also appears to be remarkably large, considering it was said to be the smaller one earlier.
Have there been any more recent statements about Godzilla's height than the 350 feet one? By my calculations, he's at least twenty meters (66 feet) taller than that.
Comparisons to Jaws, Alien and Jurassic Park are being made in regards to what they mean.
Interesting, though not surprising, considering godzilla's usually only appeared in the climax of most of the movies he's been in.

Watch SymphogearAll that CGI is expensive too.
That is one big Muto. And Gody looks quite majestic.
And it amuses me that people in the comments are complaining about characters "running weird". Gotta vent somehow, I guess.

That's the run you make BEFORE you go into a run.
Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectMan, they really went for a vintage/pulp feel with the theme music (by Alexandre Desplaat). Listening to it now, I just imagine a 50's era radio announcer advertising the movie: **ahem**
"A titan from pre-PRE-history reemerges! Watch in awe and tremble in fear with friends and family as a living nuclear weapon menaces civilization! Can mankind possibly face this insurmountable monstrosity? Be there and find out at the premiere of......GODZILLA, the king of the monsters!"
Just another one of these:

Allurand and surrounding world loading, 28%...I showed the "Let Them Fight" clip to a friend. He was suitably impressed by the MUTO and Godzilla, but he pointed out something that I can't really unsee now: Godzilla apparently ninja'd his way into the middle of the city, because the people on the ground don't even seem to notice him until he stands up.
It just brings to mind a mental image of Godzilla army-crawling through the city, Solid Snake style.
Godzilla? Godzilla?! GODZILLAAAAAA!!!!
I think we see water flowing off of Gody as he rises, so that city might be coastal and he just came out of the ocean.
Okay, that would explain it.
Also, the flying MUTO releases EMP blasts? That's just unfortunate.
It's San Francisco, so yes, the city is coastal.
Thank you for pointing out the water. That ninja issue was really bugging me too.
