Name: Shannon Lacey
Age: 28, 3 months since cranial operation (see bio)
Race: human/AI (see bio)
Class: Technician/Medic
City: Somewhere in the CDZ
Description: A mousy, short-haired lady with brown eyes and a vacant look about her. Almost always wears a white lab coat.
Weapon/Artifacts: Carries a first-aid kit, which contains legitimate medical supplies in addition to a small revolver. Has a supercomputer inside her skull.
Power: Shannon can, with extended focus, wirelessly hack into and reprogram any electronics within approximately thirty feet not protected with bleeding-edge cybersecurity. This includes some of the more complicated nanomachines, but she can't make any device do anything that it couldn't normally be programmed to do (e.g. can't make a computer monitor explode), and can't affect anything incapable of receiving wireless communications.
Bio: Three months ago, a person named Shannon Lacey got into a car crash in the CDZ and died- officially, at least. In reality, her colleagues requisitioned her brain-dead body from a local hospital and put it to use as a guinea pig for one of Shannon's own projects- designing a portable AI capable of connecting directly to human neurons. After her nonfunctional frontal lobes were excised, the self-aware interface was put in, creating the entity now known as Dr. Lacey. But even as the last stitches were sewn, funding for the project was being cut. Soon Shannon found herself on the streets, with only scattered memories of a past life and strange talents that she would have to make use of to survive.

Smile for me!Blurgal....
Since Shiny seems to have forgoten this, give me a few minutes.... I am drafting up acceptances now.
Name: Jack Crimson
Age: 28
Race: Demon
Class: Esper
City: Detroit
Physical description: This, minus the chains and animal companion.
Weapon/artifacts: A large sword capable of high frequency vibrations.
Power: Telekinesis, Pyrokinesis, and high physical strength/resilience.
Bio: Living most of his life in a poor, crime-ridden slum did few favors for Crimson's warped mind. His love of violence and ruthless demeanor make him appear as little more than a sociopath to some, though he does have an M.O. a bit more sophisticated than simple wanton bloodshed. He is strongly opposed to authority, and particularly enjoys slaughtering those who abuse their power/influence and exploit the weak for their own benefit.
As Promised.

Name: Ashley Econa & Eugene
Age: 18
Race: Plant elemental
Class: Biomage.
City: New York
Physical description/picture if you have a basic idea of what they look like: Like this but wearing green camoflauge with lots of pockets◊ Will upload Eugene later, but for now he's a green furred unicorn with a brown mane and gold horn covered in Ivy.
Weapon/Artifacts: Inside her pockets she carries a variety of genetically engineered plants are variation on common crops modified with various effects such as roses with thorns that inject a stunning agent. These plants respond to her will but without the modification she has done they act as ordinary plants grown rapidly.
Power: As a plant elemental she can use plant magic to rapidly increase the growth of plant life and direct thir growth for various purposes. These plants need constant care to survive without her magic or resources that would sustain naturally grown plants of the same size. Eugune is slightly faster and stonger than an ordinary horse and can use his horn to harm his enemies or to slightly heal his allies.Like all elementals of her kind, she was born with Eugene, an animal companion that is an extension of herself. Both her and Eugene are born from the same elemental energy and if one is killed so is the other.
Short Bio: Born as a plant elemental in New York city for all her life she had been a bit at odds with her enviroment. Her parents were overprotective of her for the vast majority of her life, homeschooling her and teaching her seperate from society. Her drive to focus on genetic engineering led her parents to reluctantly enter her into a private school where she excelled. Her talents at magic and science caused her to excell but her quiet and withdrawn lifestyle left her largely friendless as she completed her education. She is a free spirit not tying herself down with connections to others. Eugene is her only true companiion but he prods her to reach out to others beyond her work.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.I thought by "lots of cyborg bits" — as you told me he should have — that you wanted them to be obvious. >_>
Be kind.@ Chili : Just worried that might be a bit too many cyberbits, but its fine, not going to object.
@ Rhyme : Reading.
Alright...I'll try and keep it from getting too ridiculous.
No mariachi outfits for Mr. Whitaker.
Be kind.@ Rhyme : I see nothing to object to.... I dont think.
Glad we have a total of 2 mages now. ._.;
Well, I could make my character already starting with magic, if you think that'll help with that issue. I was gonna start him without it, and pick it all up as the RP went on though, as I said.
And it's so easy when you're evil... This is the life for me, the Devil tips his hat to me...Is that an issue?
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing. You got at least 5 magic users, last I counted.
We Are Our Avatars Forever (Now on Discord by invitation, PM)oh mondays fine by the by....if we can get a starting point sorted
" I did the right thing, didn't I? It all worked out in the end." "In the end? Nothing ends, Adrian. Nothing ever ends."I have some plot ideas we can discuss in private shiny.
@ Rai : ... Please list them and there magical details, I am not counting magitech only raw mages, and I dont know how I missed it.
Edit : Erata added to primer to help clear something up, and take care of something for a couple players... I hope.
Demons/Angels with physical forms have there own mana-storage entities that only work for them.
Since I did not know if it was missed that magic is not stored inside the body.

Name: Millenium Corperation
Type: Corporation
Location: Multinational
Description: One of the major Mega Corps ever to dominate over the business world and the leader of robotics technology and cybernetics. Most of their products are military-grade hardware and cybernetics. Their most iconic product would be their infamous Draco◊-Robos◊ (And their◊ variations.) Their goal right now is to develope and perfect magitek that makes easy use for magic, rendering mages obsolete. Their emblem looks like this◊. In CDZ, they're called the "Black Widow" due their reputation of taking over smaller manufacturing companies and assimilating them.
Sun, for my idea for Eon Biomedical. One of their projects and products they might have involves animal gene splicing which Razul is a byproduct of. In order to make a loophole of live testing on humans, they captures and tested on animals. The result, hybrids that look 95% human but retains their animal-like features, gijinkas basically. This also works with humans too through a legal method of their gene splicing.

@ Kirb : Adding after getting approval on a couple things from you.
- Trying to avoid directly calling a company dominate in the business flied, it can in its specific field but not the whole thing.
- Cybernetics are Eon's thing, however they can easily share that spot, or be right below eon.
- Clarification needed that military hardware means robots, since Weapons, Robots, AND cyber-tech gets a bit far reaching, each company is supposed to have its specialty.
About Evo : They are cyber-tech first, biotech second, overall enhancement paramount... why not though.... many divisions.
1 and 2 I can agree, we could have those two companies trying to compete in the cybernetics field.
As for 3, the corperation's specialty for the military is robots and weaponry.
And sure thing about Evo.
Regarding mages, I have one in the works but she's on hold for now. Basically, an archer maiden from Japan.
... Would you be okay with dropping cybernetics then kirb?
Sorry, just trying to keep it to 1-2 feilds per company, sorry.
Sure thing.

Stop caring and embrace nullness.About magitech, is it possible to have a device or tool that can have different "magitech" modules installed in it that allow it to perform different powers. Like lets say that a cybernetic arm has a flame module attached, but then if you wanted to you can swap that module out for a telekinetic module. I'm just wondering if that would be allowed in this setting.

Research is what I'm doing when I don't know what I'm doing- Wernher von Braun Until proven otherwise, Everything is RelevantEdit : Stone your good. Infallible : A bit worried about immortality, I guess if fire would still kill them it could be fine.... sorry, other then that seems good.
Not easily no, since there normaly purpose built, but... If you can come up with a good reason on where something like that was obtained, I dont see any reason why not.

Regarding weaponry, is it alright if the firearm manufacturers try to make infantry scaled direct energy weapons?
Name: Sarah "The Thaumaturge" Harper
Age: 25
Race: Human Female
Class: Scientist
City:
Physical description/picture: Average height, reasonably curvy build and an attractive face. Rather long red hair held back in a ponytail. Commonly seen wearing either lab clothing or a much more casual outfit.
Weapon/artifacts: A small spray bottle of low-intensity chilli extract.
Power: The power of SCIENCE. Sorta, it's mostly a theoretical power, so it's useless without a base number to undergo the recursive multiplication to derive the actual value to the SCIENCE-power...
Bio: Firstly, the nickname is ironic, not a speck of magic in her. That's pretty much the point of a nickname really. Anyway, despite her lack of personal magic, she's a fairly well-known name in magic-research circles. Not enough to have access to some of that military tech, but definitely enough to have some little bits and pieces of magic-assisted tech lying around the lab. Fairly eclectic.
It's clearly a case of backroom political albumizing.
