Oh hey. John Bailey. Nice
That was a billion times more entertaining than I was expecting.
Yeah, Doug has some very good chemistry with MasakoX and Kuriboh.
Just a person. He/him.That’s a relief to hear.
I thought they had gotten John Bailey again for the narration. Then it was revealed to be the return of Kyle Hebert instead! :D ... then John Bailey ACTUALLY appeared, and fittingly, he tricked them all into thinking he WAS Kyle! Nice! :D

I was laughing out loud the whole time
Been ages since one of Critic's videos made me do that
New theme music also a boxBut Kyle really was there too.

I had my doubts, but this was enjoyable. I still like the other review on the website more. Hey, Little Kuriboh was in that one too!
I doubt he'll do the Yu-Gi-Oh movie.
"The original Goku [...] hated fighting."
... What?
No. Really. What?
This is the Goku who refused to stop killer robots before they were activated because he wanted to fight them, got his mostly inexperienced son to fight one of them (while he healed said robot), wished for a destructive demon to be reborn into a kid so that he may fight him, and even picked a fight with a misanthropic god that eventually led to him having a huge resentment for him and the entire human race, right?

Well, child Goku wasn't the fight-happy person he grew up to be, but he didn't really specify it.
Yeah, that's the one thing about that review I didn't really agree with. I only read Dragonball up to the start of the Planet Namek arc, (maybe I'll get back to it one of these days, who knows,) but all I've seen tells me that Goku loves to fight, to the point where he'll deliberately throw the bad guys a bone just so he'll have a good time. Hell, the reason he stopped Krillin from killing Vegeta at the end of the Saiyan arc wasn't out of mercy or 'If You Kill Him, You Will Be Just Like Him!' or anything like that. It was because he wanted to fight him again someday. That was it. Nevermind all of the tournaments and shit. The only thing I can think of that justifies what Masako was talking about was that Goku doesn't like fighting if he doesn't see any merit to it, but if he does, then it's open season.

Kid version often avoided fighting unless it was necessary and after the first tournament only ever trained for the sake of getting better.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.either way he had better reasons than the movie's representation
New review: Bangarang, a short film crowdfunded by Dante Basco which tells the story of a young Rufio.
Just a person. He/him.Nice change of pace. If Dante Basco produced something you bet Doug Walker would support it and spread the word. The film.... doesn't seem well-thought-out though. Why does it take place in modern times (I suppose the film doesn't specify an exact time period)? Why is there a book of Peter Pan in-universe if Peter Pan is real in it?
Because there were books of Peter Pan in-universe in Hook, that's why. Hell, the opening scene of has Peter's kids performing the original stage version of Peter Pan. With the real Peter in the fricking audience. He is watching a play based on things that he himself lived through, that actually happened. Not that he knows this at the start, but still.
I liked that bit where the lawyer's business card had Peter Banning's name on it. As in Peter Pan as a grumpy, forgetful, cynical old man of a lawyer. Nice touch.
The hell? That famous Got Milk? "Aaron Burr" commercial was directed by Michael Bay ? THE Mi [[Film//Armageddon che]] [[Film//Pearl Harbor al]] ''BAY?""
Excuse me whilst I post my reaction:
A lot of directors got their starts through commercials. The Got Milk ads though are a little weird in that they deliberately go for major directors. And a lot of the directors will take it because they’re filming something that’s less than two minutes long for a lot of money for that little amount of work.
Not Three Laws compliant.Epic Rap Battles even referenced it.
Yeah, in this one in particular.
Bay's rap's the best in that one. Because it's the most accurate summation of ALL that Hollywood is about that's ever been put to song.
Bay is also responsible for Meat Loaf's "I would do anything for love" music video (and I so wish the literal music video for that one was still online).
I do love the beginning where everyone can fully talk despite the fact they are only moving their mouths up and down like an anime character. There are so few anime that have proper lip articulation. And yes, I know they do it because they record the dialogue after the animation is done.
