So I think I have an idea of how each of them should be. I want to check to see if it could use some tweaking.

The Choleric is a Berserker and Determinator, if things start to go wrong she personally deals with herself. Almost always either simmering or roaring with rage.

The Melancholic is the mission control, resident super genius, and second in command (his stoicness manners and mental capabilities are more valued by the Big Bad).

The Sanguine is a Boisterous Bruiser and is very hedonistic. He likes to party as much he likes to fight (and rarely distinguishes between the two). He also likes to taunt his foes as much as possible.

The Phlegmatic is a The Quiet One. She is also the master of infiltration, assassination, and sabotage.

I don't see any tweaks that you'd need to make to them, given the information you've given to us.

Don't forget the most important part: When they've accomplished their mission (the robbery or whatever), everybody has to start backstabbing each other.

Embroiled in slave rebellion, I escaped crucifixion simply by declaring 'I am Vito', everyone else apparently being called 'Spartacus'.

Oh right I forgot to mention a fifth member.

He's the Big Bad that keeps these four in line.

Yeah the Big Bad made sure that he is as devoid of strong emotions and defining behavior as possible.

Even the Melancholic prone to criticizing everything and everyone.

Why would the Melancholic criticize everything and everyone?

The Melancholic want everything to go just as planned. He hates it when someone on the field decides to wing it instead of waiting for him to come up with a highly efficient and effective plan should the first plan go awry.

Melancholic should be methodical, cold, calculating, and one step ahead of the game.

That's why he is mission control. He manages the strategic side of operations. Crazy-Prepared but as a result of self doubt that can be exploited.

Of course if you don't think that is not a well written flaw then please suggest an alternative.

Don't see anything wrong with the setup. I suggest your start making their fatal flaws and back stories. The Heavy villains need backstory… unless they're just a Quirky Miniboss Squad.
