I just now realized how far past the clock this one was...right now either pic in 14 or 18.3 (lower left) are the ones that have any kind of real consensus...final votes on them, something different, or just let this one die?

I wouldn't have suggested any of them if I didn't think they were good, so I'll bow to the opinions of the rest of you about which one to use.

It's not the clearest it could be, but I prefer a less literal example than the Muses, and I think that does a pretty good job for a trope that partially requires hearing them.
I think 14 was the best, even though I did like the literal example, so 31's good.

Alright, the clock's way up and the general consensus is that the Cat Ballou pics are an improvement over the current, so 31's up, potholed, and tagged. I'm going to try to find a quote for a caption or come up with something on my own; feel free to change or cull what I come up with (if I do). Locking up.
I'm in general agreement, though no clear winner. Probably one of those in #14.
