Ah, I see.
But really, they could and did fly before Dalek? Didn't know that.

hashtagsarestupidJoey, you realise that Ninety lives in a country where Doctor Who isn't regularly aired, right?
So do I, for the most part, and I know what a bloody Dalek is!
I even knew what they were like in their very first appearance!
A different shape every step I take A different mind every step of the lineI applaud your knowledge. Personally, I have never seen a single episode of DW airing on television, nor have I ever personally met anyone who has. It's almost as if different countries have different preferences.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.A preposterous allegation!
A different shape every step I take A different mind every step of the lineBesides, I do know people (particularly from mainland Europe) who don't know what a Dalek is, so it's not that surprising.
These are the best Daleks anyway.
Also, I only now realized that that samples Blockbuster... (wot, no page? Ah, no redirect.)

A different shape every step I take A different mind every step of the lineAs a transdalek individual, I find this discussion highly offensive.
YOU ARE NOT PURE! YOU ARE THE EN-EMY OF THE DA-LEKS! YOU MUST BE DES-TROYED!
I would say something about not liking Doctor Who but I can think of less painful ways to commit suicide.
You need an adult.I heard that it's booooooooring from a reliable source.
I hate nudists. They need to not exist. Clothes are important and humans are ugly. Also, what do nudists have against hats?
Why is it that people like Nudists get basic right when people like me don't?
If you want any of my avatars, just Pm me I'd truly appreciate any avatar of a reptile sleeping in a Nice Hat Read Elmer Kelton books...What basic rights you don't have that any random nudist absolutely does?
The right to flop your balls around?
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.You also got that right in the same areas nudists got it (aka privacy of your own home).
I got nothing, then.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.I'm not particulary keen on looking at random naked people either, but who cares? If they want to be naked, let them. I don't have to stare at them after all.
-EXTERMINATES kay-
To be fair though, Doctor Who stories can be a bit hit-and-miss. There are great ones but there are awful ones.
@ nudists: I'm rather body-positive (or at least I need to be or else I'd start thinking about turning people into machines again) so I don't mind nudist that much. I really do not get this disgust over the human body and yet when we talk about replacing it with machinery people goes all Body Horror over it.

EVERYBODY NEEDS AUGS
Step 1: Develop the technology that can keep the brain alive and interact with surroundings (moving things, sense, etc)
Step 2: Spread smallpox, genetically modified H 5 N 1
Step 3: ????
Step 4: PROFIT!
THE HUMAN BODY IS OB-SCENE! YOU WILL BE PUR-I-FIED OR DIE!

I wouldn't mind being a nudist. I find getting dressed to be a chore most of the time anyway.
Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle. It certainly would mean less hassle to keep up with fashions.
hashtagsarestupidI get cold too easily. But otherwise, probably wouldn't mind too much.
They were in their very first appearance, but that got fixed very quickly (as in, the next story they appeared in they no longer had that problem kind of quickly).
Besides, Remembrance is a Claasic story so I still would not call that "until the recent-ish Series" since that was way before 2005 (though it was one of the last Classic Doctor Who stories until its "hiatus" during the late 80's/90's).
