I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to be looking at here. Would the last panel of this EGS make a better image?

It's kind of reverse (can cook better because he's currently female, rather than being able to cook as a symbol of femininity). However, it does bring the trope into play, as it connects the two, so I think it works.
Check out my fanfiction!Where is the trope in that image?
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI'm not sure if the character is serious that being hot makes her good at cooking but the trope is about how being a traditionalist grown woman makes her good at cooking. She's a housewife or the wife in The Three Faces of Eve. She's not too cute or hot/sexy. The current doesn't show the idea though so suggestions would be good.
Edit: What about Lois Lane◊ or Rory Gilmore◊?

The current has two women, one with an eye patch and one with short hair. Other then the fact that they're in the kitchen they don't look especially feminine.
Left Rory might work. I think the Lois is just too ditracting with her expression like that.
Check out my fanfiction!I like the two first. The male chefs help, since they bring a contrast to it, as well as adding a professional quality to what she's doing.
Check out my fanfiction!I'd be fine with the one where she's holding the bowl. There's not supposed to be a professional quality to this. The page starts out, "By feminine we mean traditional domestically-focused wife-like roles," so basically it is Holly Homemakers.
Any of the first three work for me, but I lean toward the bowl one based on .
By that I meant it's clear she can cook, and not just pretending to.
Check out my fanfiction!I'd be okay with any of the images (although I think the one with the bowl looks nicest), but that's a pretty big stretch to assume anyone would think upon looking at the image. "Sure, the trope is called Feminine Women Can Cook and it's the page image and she's cooking, but she could be faking it!" No one is going to think that.
That's not what I said, though.
Check out my fanfiction! Then what are you saying? I mean, I don't see the relevance of whether it proves she's not pretending to cook unless it relates to whomever is looking at the picture.
I didn't say "proving" either. I said it makes it clear. It makes it more obvious.
Check out my fanfiction!Yes, but that implies there's actually a question that it isn't completely obvious.
No matter what, you're saying there's a chance someone might actually think this image is showing a girl who cannot cook and is faking it, in spite of all evidence.
I'm not trying to be confrontational, but that's a really weak reason.
If you're not being confrontational, try arguing about something that actually matters, instead of minor technicalities based on assumptions on your side.
My only point was that it was a point in favour of those images. Actually, I realise I only explained part of it. I said it brought a professional quality to what she was doing, but that's only a matter of how good it is, not the nature of it. It doesn't bring any sense that she's a professional herself, but rather contrast against it, since she's different from the chefs. If it's not professional, it's probably domestic.
Check out my fanfiction!Does anyone else have any other suggestions?
Should we go with Tiana with the bowl in 7.3 then?
I prefer 7.1.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!Go 7.3
I must be cruel, but to be kind That bad may begin, and worse be left behindI also prefer 7.1.
Check out my fanfiction!Crowner's in the OP.
I don't really like the EGS one. It implies that this trope is about attractive women can cook (she clearly says "because I'm hot"), not just feminine women.
for 7.1
