Yang vs Neo II has Yang doing this to Neo to defeat her.
A corpse should be left well enough alone...I swear to god if I see another RWBY/FSN comparison... that's pretty much a Rick Roll to me by this point. I want Borderlands or Kill La Kill crossover fanart, but noooo...
EDIT: Phew.
The only thing I don't like about that X-Ray is the lunge at the end. I would've liked it more if she straight up murdered you with those chain punches (not a professional term) and finished with the uppercut, the backblow looks is too showy.
Nevertheless, I don't think Yang's going to get that lucky. Neo walked all over her, no 2 months of weight training's going to fix that. And even if it did, she has to get through Neo's illusions.
EDIT: God damn it.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!I can think of one way it would work out for Yang.
At one point during their fight, Yang had complete control; that moment where she grabbed Neo by the foot and was slinging her around like a toy. And then Yang squandered the advantage by throwing her, which let Neo recover. I think I may have mentioned this before, but I'd really love to see the Yang/Neo rematch start and end with Yang tackling Neo to the ground and getting right in to the good old-fashioned ground-'n-'pound. I feel it'd be a nice contrast to the stylish fanciness of their first rumble. Also would appreciate if Yang would immediately after stand up, take a deep breath and say something along the lines of "oh wow I needed that."
Should've checked the list.....A recent character sheet has reminded me of a serious nitpick. Beowulf sounds like a good name for a wolf-like monster, right? Unfortunately, most historians believe that Beowulf (meaning Bee-Wolf in Old English) is actually a kenning — a conventional poetic phrase used for or in addition to the usual name of a person or thing — for bear. I know I shouldn't be nitpicky about something like this, but the fridge logic of this just irks me.
They probably never had old English in remnant
"Never let the truth get in the way of a good story." TwitterBear in mind, they don't know that for certain. It's a valid theory that's been around for quite a while, but it's not a confirmed or even uncontroversial one.
If my post doesn't mention a giant flying sperm whale with oversized teeth and lionfish fins for flippers, it just isn't worth reading. The simple answer?
No one on the staff knew or cared about said theory.
Meh. I've seen (heck, thought up) crazier ships than Call Me Sir.

Where can a Stranger watch the fourth World of Remnant where it covers Aura online?
Is Blu-Ray free region or something? I read that the material is Blu-Ray exclusive, and I have a PS 3. However, I live in Indonesia, and despite my country having fans of the show, I'm not sure we're a blip in the radar.
Let's say I import that thing, will it work?
A stranger is like the shadows. It is so common to the world everyone will just ignore them.Vimeo (for the moment).
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!I checked, and there's only ONE video about it, and it's the first WOR.
... Wait, does Vimeo even work in Indonesia? I remember Crunchyroll not working here.
But do not worry; by the power of Google, I found it!
Man... even though I've watched it, I STILL have no idea how Semblances work.

A stranger is like the shadows. It is so common to the world everyone will just ignore them.Just think about a glass of water that you can pour any powdered drink into. Replace the water with Charles Atlas Superpower, and replace the powder with Elemental Rock-Paper-Scissors.
Aura encompasses a few basic skills - it's a body shield, Hand Wave's any serious injury as a Required Secondary Power.
Semblance is based around a person's personality/nature, so in some vague way they symbolize who that person is, or was. Ruby's aura is just her Ki; her Semblance is her speed and the visual effect it causes.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Auras are basically Chis, that I get. With a forcefield of sorts to prevent fatal damage.
I need to think of an analogy that could help me understand it... Semblance work like the X-Men's Mutant powers?
Ooh, is it like the Mantras used in Asuras Wrath?
Also, Soble, if you didn't notice, I've explained my plans for KLLR RWBY in the RWBY fanfic thread. Thoughts?

A stranger is like the shadows. It is so common to the world everyone will just ignore them.Yeah, like X-Men powers is a fair enough analogy - point is, Semblances are totally unique to the individual.
Sorry, Baltimore, Silent Hills cancellation, I've been off-schedule. I'll give it a look.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Ah, in that case I have no problem interpreting them as such. Oh, and maybe bits of Devil Fruit powers from One Piece minus the Super Drowning Skills?
Man, it sucks that the new Silent Hills was cancelled.
How the hell could it happened? What could have happened within Konami that made this strife between Kojima and them happen?
... Bah, this sucks. Alas, that's a discussion for a video game thread, not this one.

A stranger is like the shadows. It is so common to the world everyone will just ignore them.I just listened to I May Fall for the first time - still haven't listened to the whole soundtrack, laziness really.
o_o -twitch-
So... so... good. I'm just euphoric listening to this. I don't even know which track I like most now - Die, Boop, Caffeine, Red Like Roses, Burn - how can a series have such a consistent, amazing soundtrack? Usually there's at least one bad song, but I can't find one here.
I can't even fathom what this song actually means in the show's context, but I wish it was used more. In this video, that final shot with the Bullhead crashing and Torchwick running... it's got nothing to do with the lyrics, but it's timed so damn well.
Sorry, needed to gush for a moment. Phwoosh. Okay.
Good song.
That last line is just chilling and beautiful.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!The Williams should team up with Mick Gordon, the guy responsible for the soundtrack of the Killer Instinct Reboot.
Our ears shall sprout rainbows
A stranger is like the shadows. It is so common to the world everyone will just ignore them.Either that or they get Daisuke Ishiwatari to do a guest track.
A corpse should be left well enough alone...Random rambling.
I would love to see something like this happening.
IF it ever happens, I don't know, maybe Raven can do that to Adam or something. He probably wouldn't die from just that alone, though. Or would he? Well if he does, it would be a kickass way to die.
Also, if Blake and Adam fights, I hope that whether if Blake wins or not, it ends with Adam's mask falling or breaking off.

Welsh I can do.
Glenda (Glinda/Glynda) is mostly not a Welsh name but was adopted into the language due to it's great similarity to native names. Welsh names with 'glen' in come from the word 'glân' which does mean 'clean', 'holy' or 'pure' but can also be used for 'fair' or 'beautiful'. They were (once upon a time) popularly given to pale-haired children or to evoke divine blessing because the names (used to) strongly associate with white (angelic/holy) and yellow (blond(e) hair).
tl;dr... Glynda's name is probably best associated with her hair colour.
