The problem is finding a suitable one, anyone know any potential candidates? There are a few UN Under-Secretary-Generals that could work

From the list I got from Wikipedia, some possibilities include: Rima Khalaf (Jordan), MarĂa Eugenia Casar (Mexico), Grete Faremo (Norway), or Angela Kane (Germany). I'm going by the amount of diverse experience they have.

Vixen is a female fox.

At least if my understanding of English is correct.

Yes, that's the point of my joke, he translated "fox(female)" as fox, rather than as vixen.

And I still can't get your handle right.

Come at me bro cool Your army vs mine

Anyways on the Secretary General thing...I am sorry but just because you are King and Queen of Cheesetopia or President of Wherever the Fuckistan, it does not mean your beliefs and preferences are more important than not acknowledging 3.5 billion people in the world.

Hence why I describe it as a "tantrum".

A vixen is just a female fox. That's like calling me human instead of woman. No worries.

Anywho, The battle between where one person's rights end and another's begins is always a tricky place, but I agree that especially in diplomatic or socially elevated positions, you should be progressive if you want to push for it.

Again, refusing to put a woman in a position of influence just because you may hurt sensibilities that should be discarded is just the same juvenile and abusive mentality as restricting women and girl's dress code because some dude might get a boner.

You should be teaching men that their boners don't get to dictate the world. Not conditioning the world to accommodate men's boners.

Or not acting on something because someone is an ethnic minority?

Your rights end once they start baring people from even having a chance....

That should be common sense.

[up][up][awesome]

If I refuse to let Imca work on my computer because "That's a man's job" then I am a fucktard bigot who needs to be called out and held responsible for it to the utmost capability.

It could be that whomever I work for fires me or in the case of countries, oops! You don't get your trade deal because you won't acknowledge our female ambassador, sucks to be you. Another country's money and labor is just as valid and worth taking.

This should go without saying.

In some spanish speaking countries, "fox" (the female form) is na insult. Only in ts female version, of course. a fox in its male version is actually praise.

A vixen is a slut, a male fox is cunning. At least in spanish.

You should be teaching men that their boners don't get to dictate the world. Not conditioning the world to accommodate men's boners.

Hence why when a big dick tries to fit somewhere he does not belong, nothing but blood comes out as a result.

This might be my grossest analogue yet. But remember it is politics so it is probably appropriate.

I can't think of any examples of leaders refusing to meet with Merkel, Clinton, etc on the basis of gender, so a woman in the Secretary-General's chair shouldn't be too much of an issue on that front. Pulling something like that would just be bad diplomacy and harmful to your interests.

Politics is the skilled use of blunt objects.

[up][up][up][up]my mother actually said something like that "a male dog? loyal, maybe a little dumb but good, a female dog? slut

a male fox? cunning but sleazy, female fox? a slut

there is a theme here...."

[up][up][up]that is...a pretty good analogy

Does age matter? My boyfriend didn't understand why teachers had a problem with teenagers wearing revealing clothing until he was older and realized that the teachers were attracted to the teenagers and didn't want to be attracted to people that young. Does it matter if the boobs you see are on a 16 year old or a 60 years old?

Depends on your age, really.

When I was 16, I would answer unambiguously, "Of course not! Boobs are boobs! Screw age restrictions!"

I'm 28 now and sometimes I see 14-year-olds in revealing clothing and I find myself physically incapable of that same exuberance because, f*cking hell man, that is a child. But that's me now. It was fine when I was 16, and y'know what? There are plenty of people today who are 16.

My BFF's little sister is 14 years old. We found out she lost her virginity last month. I went right into Protective Dad mode, but my BFF was entirely nonplussed about it. I asked her why it didn't bother her, and she looked at me with a smile and said, "Because unlike me and [my other sister], she lost hers by choice."

So, yeah. That gave me stuff to think about. So I guess my answer is that yes, 16 year old boobs are fine for 16 year old girls to share with 16 year old boys. As adults, the burden is on us not to take advantage.

Realpolitik cuts both ways. The idea that the sexist country you're dealing with is too important to tick them off by sending a woman for diplomatic work is balanced out by sexist countries who *have* to work with women because the countries those women represent are too important to tick off. Thus the onus is on the powerful countries to not discriminate (which they tend not to in the West at least) and then the other countries get more used to seeing and dealing with women in high-level, authoritative positions.
