I think the current is better and I find it rather artistic. If I'm outnumbered then we will pull it even without a replacement.
Edit: Ads are not safe for work? They are in the work place.

I agree; it's a beautiful image and gets the elemental part across nicely. It's tiptoeing on the NSFW line, but the fact that we have ads running that have women just as scantily clad sorta makes pulling the pic as NSFW hypocritical.
I thought the Pokemon suggestion would be good, but the more I look at it the less I like it.

I prefer the Pokemon suggestion because the eyes in the current are atrocious.
"@[=g3,8d]&fbb=-q]/hk%fg"Part and parcel of CLAMP's art style...they're one of the few instances of huge shoujo eyes that I can tolerate.

I don't see a problem with the current, and it looks better than the suggestion.
Check out my fanfiction!Keep current. It's Fanservice-y, but not completely NSFW.
That's artistic nudity, not porn. CLAMP's artstyle is just gorgeous. Here's a clothed suggestion.◊
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerI personally couldn't care less for the artstyle, but the current image is not NSFW and it better illustrates the trope.
Experience has taught me to investigate anything that glows.I wouldn't mind clothes if it showed the elements as well. That doesn't. "The current image is not NSFW and it better illustrates the trope." Which side are you on?
The current image is very good, not least because the hair is the main thing which lets you guess the element. Lu's suggestions don't have distinctive hair beyond it just matching their outfits — it's not long and wavy water or actively flaming fire in the same way.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going. The current image is about as explicit as all the weight loss ads I receive, for what it's worth.
lu's suggestion is a good thing for Image Links at the very least.

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanCLAMP's artstyle is just gorgeous
I don't like it.
Anyway, I don't really see the current as too bad. It's not absurdly sexualized despite the nudity. As said before, a lot of the ads on this website are much worse because, even if they're wearing a lot of clothing, they're shoving their tits into the screen.
It's like the difference between being caught looking at Michelangelo's David and Playgirl magazine.
Granted, you'd still probably get fired at work for being caught looking at this page, but that might be because you're not doing your job, you lazy bum.

Fight. Struggle. Endure. Suffer. LIVE.The "Keep Until Better Image Suggested" side, of course.
Experience has taught me to investigate anything that glows.Artistic semi-nudity I can handle. Besides, goddamn it if the currently page image isn't gorgeous.
Keep Until Better Image Suggested.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.I very much like the current image, and would tend to agree that if you get in trouble for looking at that one at work, it would probably be because you were not working, rather than because the image is to risque.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Keep the current image.
Just so that I am clear with my previous post: My vote is also Keep Until Better Image Suggested
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard Feynman+1 to Keep Until Better Image Suggested.
"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard CohenSince the consensus is Keep Until Better Image Suggested, I'm going to clock the thread and if we don't get a better suggestion in that time, we'll keep the current.

"Porn" doesn't mean "any nudity" as implied by the OP. Either might be NSFW but they are not the same thing.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I say keep it until someone suggests a more representative image
I'm so sorry that my avatar doesn't appear fully in the shot, but the cat was threatening the photographer.
The current image is about as close as you can get to porn without actually showing anything. However, I have a decidedly more safe for work suggestion:
