Wrong, just because a philosophy is "right" doesn't mean it has to be evident that it's right.
No. That's a fact. They are distinct.
If something is provably true, it's debatable whether it can constitute a philosophy at all. It becomes the domain of science instead.

Smile for me!I'm saying that the topic is "which philosophy is right" and a right philosophy doesn't necessarily have to be shown as right.
@OP: Philosophers...I've tried them all. They work equally well, if one has a well-honed sense of self-delusion.
If I were to write some of the strange things that come under my eyes they would not be believed. ~Cora M. Strayer~So if you're drunk enough?
"What a century this week has been." - Seung Min KimThat also works.
If I were to write some of the strange things that come under my eyes they would not be believed. ~Cora M. Strayer~Following a philosopher is like choosing something to drink. No matter what it is, too much of it will get you f—ked up real good.

Yeah, Kant the *cough*, ermmm... sorry.
A different shape every step I take A different mind every step of the lineEvery time I read about metaphysics and epistemology, I always end up going back to Kant's theory of Trandescential Deduction ("Platonic forms/Aristotlean substance/Locke's Primary and Secondary Qualities? They're all just categories the mind imposes on the physical world to make sense of-HEY WAIT A SECOND").

Depending on how you wish to construe data and define terms, almost any of them.
If there were one self-evidently "right" philosopher, the subject would merit no debate.
