Oh, yeah, forgot there was a new cartoon. So this is all pre-ep 1, right?

To clarify, the red girl with the dual sabers is Ahsoka Tano from Star Wars: The Clone Wars (the 3D Cartoon Network show that aired years ago). Clone Wars takes place sometime between Episode 2 and 3. She returns in Star Wars Rebels as "Fulcrum".

The rest (Kanan, Ezra, Zeb, Sabine) are from the aforementioned Star Wars Rebels, which takes place before Episode 4.

The Spanish language dub team has confirmed they have dubbed Merlin from The Sword in the Stone, but I have no idea if he'll be playable or NPC.

Merlin is in the Toy Box Takeover as an NPC.

So, uh, sorry to necro-post this thread (though it was probably bound to happen eventually), but I have a question:

The main page has Baloo from The Jungle Book listed on the main page. Did something get leaked?

A few characters got leaked, yeah. Him alongside four other characters, all the rest being Marvel. Ant-Man, Black Panther, Vision, and a standalone release of Black Suit Spider-Man.

Well, in that case, I see I have some new figures to go after! It'd be cool if they added some TaleSpin stuff along with Baloo. Do you agree?

I was just thinking, do you think Finding Nemo/Finding Dory characters would work in Disney Infinity?

A lot of people have been gunning for that as a costume disc from what I've seen, actually.

I dunno how well having playable fishies would work, though I'm certain they could do it. Wouldn't stick out any more than Cars at the very least~.

Big announcement to coincide with the release of the Zootopia stuff. It seems that they're going to announce the remainder of the 3.0 characters and content.

So far, we already know about Vision, Ant Man, Black Panther, Black Suit Spiderman, Baloo, and the Alice in Wonderland characters. I'm wondering if there are even more non-leaked characters to be announced...

Nemo, Marlin and/or Dory?

I wouldn't leave Finding Nemo characters out of the realm of possibility, with Finding Dory coming out this year.

I would definitely say that Dory would be a shoo-in for a Finding Nemo character, along with Nemo himself. If they wanted representation from the newest movie, perhaps they would go with the new characters Bailey and Destiny? (I mean, if they aren't too big. They are a beluga whale and whale shark after all. But hey, they're toys anyway!)

I'm also holding out for any sort of playable Gravity Falls representation, even if it's just Grunkle Stan. (I also would love for them to make Winnie the Pooh and Tigger playable in Infinity.)

I don't really see that happening unless there's a Gravity Falls and another Pooh movie. But it might happen! Phineas was a tie-in to one of the P&F movies, right?

I was kinda half-joking when I suggested the fish, I wonder how they will move, platform, race and fight in the game, not that I have the game, I never had it, I only buy figures. So far, all of the characters have been bipeds (Stitch included) or cars.

Oh I just can't wait to be kinguy Nick and Judy figures.

I wonder what they'll do with V.4. Not Civil War, since they are already including that in V.3.

Let's see what's coming up... Gigantic, The BFG, Dory, Moana, Toy Story 4, Frozen 2, Incredibles 2...

The Finding Nemo fish will be trapped in plastic bags like at the end of the first movie.

They are. As a matter of fact, this is probably why Baloo (as he appears in the 1967 Disney and not the remake) is getting in the game.

Phineas and Ferb was still pretty hot stuff at the time of the first version of Infinity. And Gravity Falls characters are some of the most asked for characters to be in Infinity. If not this version, then maybe the next if the show is still popular by then.

I don't really think that Pooh and friends need to wait for another movie to be considered for inclusion in Infinity. They are one of the most recognizable Disney IPs in the company and are already toys themselves. So I guess if they felt like it, they could put any of them in whenever. A movie coming out around the same time as an Infinity game would probably boost their chances, sure, but Pooh doesn't strike me as someone who would have to wait for something big happening with him. As far as playable Pooh characters go, we could probably definitely expect Pooh himself and Tigger. And also Piglet or Eeyore as a third character.

There's also a remake of Petes Dragon coming out this year, too. I don't know about you, but I would buy the daylights out of an Elliot figure. (Assuming he isn't too big anyway, but that didn't stop Wreck-it Ralph or the Hulk-Buster.)

Yer right about Pooh. Maybe he'll randomly appear like Aladdin, Jasmine and Mulan, I guess.

They'll find a way to battle while inside of the plastic bags.

Ahem. Anyway, flying fish. How they'll platform and battle... must figure out...

So the presentation has come and gone. Important things:

All four IPs are getting new play sets (the new Marvel Battlegrounds set, A new Star Wars set, a new Disney set (likely the Alice one), and (most likely) one based on Finding Dory, proving our theories correct.) The characters were teased at the end and there's apparently going to be another presentation later today talking about them.

Gameplay of Baloo and the other leaked characters was shown as well.

The next presentation is due at 12pm Pacific time today if I read correctly.

I was already planning on getting Baloo, but after seeing his gameplay, I really want to get him now. He looks really fun.

....Ant-Man I can take or leave. And I'll probably leave him. Didn't see the movie, not a character I care about.

Do I have to buy a new Captain America? I didn't buy new old characters when I was into Skylanders, I don't want to do it now.

The maskless Cap seems to be bundled with the battlegrounds set. (Sadly?)

I was just watching Star vs. the Forces of Evil, and began thinking about how cool of a character Star (and Marco) would be in Infinity with that wand of hers. Do you think so?
