Well, I suspect that laser musket became Minutemen iconic weapon because they are very useful against bigger enemies like muties, deatchclaws, or krabbies (single shot to shell at highest power can reliably hurt them).
Large number of weaker enemies? Ask The Queen.
Which is why it's appropriate that an ambush by a mob of ghouls is one of the things that did them in. Should've had something automatic as a backup weapon.
Also after 100 hours I finally bought that home in Diamond City. For some reason my game hits 60 FPS while inside it. It's a strange feeling to have my game run so smoothly.
#IceBearForPresidentI got a Vicious Gauss Rifle in Far Harbor. Shiiit, one headshot with that thing will fold pretty much ANYTHING.
I also blew up the Nucleus, because fuck these irradiated lunatics. I had enough run-ins with them in the Commonwealth to straight-up murderize them for nothing but their very existence. Although I could have trolled the High Crazy into doing the honors himself.
Anyway, what was the deal with captain Wabash and his lover?

That's a bit closer than I thought it'd be. What about us PS 4 peeps?
Oh really when?Does Far Harbor have any mutually exclusive achievements?
#IceBearForPresidentWell, here's the list of achievements, or at least a site with them:
http://twinfinite.net/2016/05/fallout-4-far-harbor-trophies-achievements-list/
To my understanding, siding with the Atomites is obviously mutually-exclusive to helping the Harbor or Acadia. That's just my understanding; I haven't finished it yet and therefore have been tip-toeing around achievement information to minimize spoilers.
I figured as much. But don't know when the cut-off point is.
#IceBearForPresidentI feel like I've already missed it. I'm actively not doing the MSQ, just sidequests, and I happened upon a bunch of Atomites in the wild and they marked as hostile for me. I slipped away without murdering their asses off from fear of slotting faction characters locking me out of their quests forever like it did for the Legion in New Vegas.
The only atomite I met was that one you meet when Old Longfellow takes you up to Arcadia. I've been all over the island, completed most of the harbor quests (I forget the place's name. The place where you start the DLC at), etc. I've unlocked like 4 workshop locations, did all the Hull Breach quests, met the Red Death (that was a memorable fight, let me tell you), went through the vault, and so on.
It looks like all I have left is to turn in a quest to Avery and actually enter Arcadia.

#IceBearForPresidentAfter poking around there is a size limit to the Xbox One mods of 2 gb.
Here is the list of mods for X Bone Click the search box to show general list the filter is already set for X Bone mods.
Poking through it there is quite a bit to be happy with honestly. Yeah won't be as big and fancy as the PC stuff but from what I am seeing there will be plenty to keep us happy for a while.
An example for you players who want passive options. Non lethal or lethal resolution
Other mods that caught my attention were the throwing weapons, Legendary effects mods, and ammo craft to name a few. Mods to expand settlements, a foliage mod, portable deployable turrets, and of course radio mods. I think I even saw an ammo mod for companions. :D
Here is to hoping this experiment works and becomes a norm.

Who watches the watchmen? No. You can get all 10 achievements/trophies by siding with one faction during the entire storyline. What are mutually exclusive is the faction perks you can acquire. There are 4 total, and doing the storyline 1 way will lock you out of all but 1 of them (if you want to do those actions). Conversely, doing a certain action in the storyline will lock you out of 3 of the 4 perks.
Some of these mods look interesting. I'm especially looking forward to that see through scope one.
Oh really when?Nice that console players get to experience the mod scene. Even if it is slightly watered down.
DiMA is a cool guy. I mean, he's Nick's brother, and yes, he really means well. It's just that some of his... questionable action makes practically honest peace with Far Harbor and Nucleus practically impossible. Emphasis on honest.
This looks promising:

Much bigger than Far Harbor? And free? Sign me up.
This Cascadia mod will more than likely not work on consoles. The max limit for total mods is 2 GB. Far Harbor was more than that, so larger expansion mod is out of the question.
Yeah, that could be a problem for console owners.
It might also need F 4 SE considering most major skyrim mods require SKSE which would also screw it over.
That is a moot point if it is too big. Even if it didn't require the Script Extender it still couldn't be ported to console.
I wonder if it is possible to break it into chunks. Honestly that sounds like it is way more complicated then it needs to be and would be problematic at best.
Who watches the watchmen?
That Laser Musket is surprisingly deadly; I saw that in the trailer and thought the concept was dumb, if "old world-y", but I can see where it compensates.
Don't have a write-up of my perks at the moment (I know I did two levels of Rifleman/non-automatic guns IIRC), but i know I'm like 555675 on SPECIAL. I'll bring actual stats later.
