Underrated, and often overlooked. I really liked the characters — Lu reminded me of my sister at the time. No, really.
My memories of any 90s-early 2000s cartoons are incredibly fuzzy, but I do remember enjoying this. I actually found an episode online a few years ago and it still held up, but even that's been a while now.
Pretty much everyone except Mike and Og were idiots is all I remember, plus one episode of a bunch of Type 2 Eagleland tourists visiting the island.
This statement for the most part, sums up my feelings on this series well enough. It's very underrated and otherwise, an overlooked gem, despite Lu being the worst aspect of it, IMHO.

This is where I, the Vampire Mistress, proudly reside: http://liberal.nationstates.net/nation=nova_nacioI feel like if the show had started maybe a couple years later and had been allowed to be around more than a season to Grow the Beard it could have really blown up, maybe not a major blowup but at least a noticeable one.
But I feel that way about quite a few of the shows Cartoon Network had around them.
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Yeah, I feel the same way. I wasn't fanatical about it, but it did seem like it had a lot of potential.
Honestly, I watched it whenever it was on way back when (as rarely as that was), but I saw an episode of it rather recently in a rare rerun and...well, it's meh. It could've been better, I suppose, but I can safely say that my nostalgia goggles aren't really blinding me at all on this one.
Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle.I feel the same way - I think it was overshadowed by Courage. Maybe if the times they came out hadn't been so close to one another, this show would've been more popular. I thought it was cute, and I liked how the characters looked kind of hand-drawn. That's really the only thing about it that stood out to me.
Also, I think it's premise and humor probably could've been improved by influence from the trend in terms of humor styles that really hit it's stride just after the show was discarded.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Never really cared for it tbh.
I thought it was...meh. Even back then I never really found anything worth getting absorbed in.
Eh. I remember a couple of episodes of it when I was a kid. It was okay. Now, I loved Sheep In The Big City and wish they could've made more from it.
He who has a why to live can bear almost any how -Neitzsche (I know)I don't think I ever watched it. Maybe one episode (or a snippet of it), but I don't remember.
So Okay, It's Average. It felt limited and I kind of got tired of the really small cast.
Watchable. Brother loved it for some reason I can't imagine.
One memorable moment was "Her real name is Michelle."
It's all right for a short show, I guess.
Wasn't there two seasons? I know the second half was just boring.
It's better than Adventure Time and Regular Show
Its main problem is that is was overshadowed by Courage
http://s1.zetaboards.com/Conceptual_Evolution/ http://sagan4.com/forum/index.phpNostalgia and it actually tries to make jokes

Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatIt's called having taste in shoes
http://s1.zetaboards.com/Conceptual_Evolution/ http://sagan4.com/forum/index.phpI concur!
but why do you eat shoes?
Have you ever tried shoes? They're delicious!

I think it's an okay show. Not as wacky and outlandish as the other CN classics, it still has some interesting plots and characters.
My favorites are the girls on the show.
What are your opinions?
