Velvet Hammer - MechWarrior 2. This is very Clan-like music, and, thus, it fits with the setting.
Maelstrom - Command & Conquer 3. Perfectly queues up when you throw your units at the enemy.
And yeah, you only get one embed per post.

"Hipsters: the most dangerous gang in the US." - Pacific MackerelI really wasn't expecting it from a game about surgery, but Trauma Center has some great soundtrack in it. Kind of goes with the game's theme. Second Opinion has Vulnerability, New Blood has Code Blue: Stigma and Trauma Team has Rosalia's Thorns, just to name a few.
"Yeah, it's a shame. Here we are in an underground cave with all these lasers, and instead of having a rave we're using it for evil."https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gRV_A5ZDXyo
Into the Wilderness - opening theme from Wild ARMS.
Not to be the down-putter here, but isn't this thread a little TOO similar to the "Videogame Music - General Discussion" thread? I get that we're trying to list obscure songs here, but you can do the same thing on that thread as well.
The Thirteenth Discretion from KingdomHeartsChainOfMemories. the track is perfect for villains to scheme to.

All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.The intro music from The Great Giana Sisters, overlooked simply due to the game's obscurity. I've never even played the game myself, but this music really makes me want to, even if the game really is just a Gender Swapped Mario clone for the Commodore 64.
EDIT: Whoops, wrong song at first.
EDIT 2: Better link.

Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle. The giana sisters look disgusting. Best platform game of all time? Lol.
Fighters Megamix had a great soundtrack(well most of it was from Virtua Fighter and Fight Vipers) but even the credits themes were awesome with that classic 90s Sega flavor.
Last which sounds like Shenua's theme from Shenmue somewhat? Interesting.
This one's overlooked because it came from an obscure game based on a show Disney would rather forget they made:
The music from KKND is also good:
Believe it or not, Hotel Mario has some pretty catchy tunes.
Eh.
Share yours here. Let me start out with a few picks of my own.
Slug-for-a-Butt - Earthworm Jim Special Edition Ignore the title of the video; this is the song that plays in the second part of the last level, after the infamous "Use Your Head" sequence. I can see why this song tends to get forgotten, though. It's because it's hard to top the song that plays in the previous section of the level (oh man, dat guitar solo).
Staff Roll - Thunder Force IIIAn unexpected song from a game more renowned for its action-packed songs. This game's final piece has a distinct "farewell" vibe to it.
Sound test 09 - DarXideFrom the rarest 32X game ever made. That game regularly fetches prices in excess of $1000! Its first gameplay song could be said to start you off in the wrong foot, since it's a rather sad piece that has an air of loneliness to it, which is quite fitting since the game's a space shooter and you're all alone in it.
Title Theme - S.C.A.R.S.This loud piece is as aggressive and in-your-face as many of the animals that have inspired the cars in this game. Really gets you pumped for an otherwise decent but unremarkable kart racer.
Unrelated question: I've tried to do multiple embeds but only the first one works. Are we limited to only one embedded video per post?
