First off, the image has some rough edges. Second, I don't think it fits...the girl is actually smiling (it's kinda hidden by the cat's head, but it's there) and the Precious Moments figures are more of a Tastes Like Diabetes/Woobie sandwich with a large side of Ugly Cute.

Opposing pull, though a different image would be good. Whilst she is smiling, those eyes and how timid she appears mean I wouldn't put it past her to start crying instantly. The image itself also doesn't seem diabetes-like to me.

The cat seems to fit the trope better than she does, and I'm kind of undecided whether to vote to pull for being misleading or not.

The purple haired girl is best. She really matches the description.

I don't think Kotomi is a good example. Sure, she's nervous around strangers, but not to the point of crying. Otherwise she's much more of a Cloudcuckoolander. As such, she'd be misleading as a page image, since it implies it's a specific occasion rather than a permanent personality trait.

The first of those two is the second best I've seen. The page description specifically says she cries easily so she should be crying but the blonde girl does look fragile. What about this girl with her big, watery eyes◊?

Odd angle, but isn't that Nagisa from Clannad as well? She's definitely not an example, as she bears with Tomoya's teasing surprisingly well.

I prefer the first.

I like both the Hidamari pics.

Support 9.1. 9.2 just looks embarrassed or a bit ashamed to me. None of the other suggestions really do anything for me.

Do we have enough images for a crowner?

Much as I would vote for Jacuzzi if we found a good picture of him... none of the suggestions suggest 'fragile' to me, just 'sad' or 'shy'. Certainly not as so as the current.

Even though I support 9.1, I think it's a little premature to call it. There hasn't exactly been an overwhelming consensus here.

Call it or crowner it, I'd like to see some action done before the thread stagnates any further, is all.
