Actually it is two nearly identical (e.g. colored coded) supervillain organizations that fight each and anyone that tries stop them from fighting, but for convenience I'll just refer to one.

The leader of this organization is known as the Commander. Originally he was sole member of this organization due to his Self-Duplication and Hive Mind. Then he started getting a few sub-ordinate officers with distinctive personalities.

The first is known as the Architect. His power is that of a Fisher King or a Genius Loci; he can raise a fully functional fortress out of the ground in seconds. He is the Commander's right hand man as his vast intellect makes him well suited for mission control and intelligence gathering. I'm considering him to be the Superego in the Freudian Trio and to be Melancholic in terms of the Four Temperaments.

The second is the Blademaster. Whereas the Architect fights by proxy using gun turrets, missile silos, and mile high walls, the Blademaster is essentially the knifer in a military FPS game. With utter recklessness, she will charge at a fortified position with a BFS and proceed to hack apart anyone that dares to fight her using a ranged weapon (people using melee weapons live slightly longer). Obviously the id in the Freudian Trio and quite choleric.

Then comes the Warden. He is an ancient tomb guardian of an unknown Indian king. With some honest non-violent negotiation, the Commander got him to join the organization. The Warden fights up close like the Blademaster, but unlike that berserker he knows the importance of formation and discipline,; also he uses a large shield to protect his teammates. Metaphorically, because he has been living under a rock for a few centuries, he retains an anachronistic sense of chivalry, honor, and duty. In terms of temperaments, I would place him under sanguine.

After that is the Stalker. A Laser-Guided Tyke-Bomb, this genetic experiment was stolen from an Evil, Inc. corporation. She is capable of invisibility and illusion projection, making her deadly with both a sniper rifle and a dagger. In contrast to the honorable and honest "Warden", she prefers to fight dirty (hidden explosives) and will calmly lie about many things to get the job done (strapping said explosives on teammates without consent). Temperament would be phlegmatic.

Then the last three are Transforming Mechas that take the form of armoured vehicles, warships, and aircraft. I still don't know what aspect of the Commander do they represent.

So that's what I have so far. Feel free to offer your opinions and suggestions.
