Ooooh. I'm now under the assumption that the anime staff wants to make both het and slash fans happy.
Plants are aliens, and fungi are nanomachines.I'm confused. I can don yaoi goggles when I like, but when was there slash-service? Or is this also on this relationship chart?

Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.Yashiro pretty clearly blushed when he was whisked away from the HOMRA guys at the end of the first episode.
He also blushed at the catgirl, so I'm going with Bi *.

Rarely active, try DA/Tumblr Avatar by pippanaffie.deviantart.comThat's weak.
Although I've also watched some anime that really overdoes it on the blush lines for no reason lately.
Anyway, who wouldn't? Even the most heterosexual ladies' man in the world would be impressed by that. And besides, Kuroh tried to kill him right after, so any admiration probably would have faded after that.
But if there is more obvious Ho Yay in the future between those two or other characters, that would be just peachy.

Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.I think most het fans would rather ship Kuroh x Neko than Yashiro x Neko, though.
Ichigen Miwa is the final boss, and Neko's working for him. Callin' it.
I've known about it since the beginning. But I just refused to believe it.And suddenly this show went from "not that interested but I'll give it another episode" to "this is actually pretty fun to watch; I might have to follow it".
I think I can thank the space-manipulating catgirl for that. Her nakedness is honestly insignificant to me, especially compared to making Black Dog run full speed into a wall.
Also, all Black Dog really wants to do is cook food.
I think we spent far too long talking about her nakedness and not enough time talking about how it's great to have a trickster on board in this show.
Lol, unsurprising.
Henceforth, this anime will be known as the one wherein a cat girl streaks through a university in episode 2.
Plants are aliens, and fungi are nanomachines. But Yashiro is a trickster too.
I've known about it since the beginning. But I just refused to believe it.That's not a title that's gonna stand out.
I doubt it's even unique
Episode 2: Interesting to see Yashiro be a guile hero. Space-manipulating catgirl was awesome too, especially when she made the Black Dog run into a wall. Still unsure about the pacing but what we got in the plot department so far is more or less fine.
Even among Guile Heroes, Yashiro is quite unique. Very few protagonists would spin such an outrageous lie. I remember thinking somewhere half way through his story "If he's making this up, I'll actually be impressed".
It's the main reason for me to follow this. I want to see more of his grandmaster bullshitter skills.
He's really not that good...It was obvious he was lying to even the most trusting person when he couldn't think of his "sister's" name. And he needed to, to buy time, if he was going to survive to see another episode. He's just lucky Kuroh is a reasonable guy (who loves cooking). I will only be impressed if it turns out he was lying about not killing anyone.

Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.Theory - he has split personality.
Plants are aliens, and fungi are nanomachines. That's probably the most likely theory. Which is why I hope that the true explanation is something completely different.
And the most brutal subversion would be that Yashiro is actually an Affably Evil Villain Protagonist.
But it would be even better if it was some crazy, brilliant, unique explanation that nobody saw coming.

Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.Is being possessed the same as having a split personality?
It looks like he didn't kill whoever it was who got killed by the person who looks like him. Or he doesn't remember.
Maybe he has amnesia.
Also, there's probably a reason why he doesn't have that smartphone all the students have.
Lol, I'm actually currently more interested in how the show will -try- to keep both male and female viewers hooked than in the story. Let's just say that I can't help but like shows whose creators (obviously) wants both genders interested. Here's hoping that their staff is evenly divided, instead of mostly men or mostly women.
Plants are aliens, and fungi are nanomachines.Irony points if it's his evil twin sister, who dresses like a man and happens to have a really deep voice. And is currently in the hospital.
The Big Bad is Mari?! What a tweeeeeest!
Something about the how it's been presented so far makes me think that it's not a Split Personality situation. I'm thinking that the evil king is either Shiro's ancestor or that Shiro was somehow created by him. Again, I can't back this up at all, just intuition, I guess
I'd be very surprised if it was Split Personality. Too easy, and this show seems to be trying to be a step above. I'm actually leaning towards it really was him (maybe with some extenuating circumstances, who knows). Partly because it would be a genuine twist, but mostly because he had freaking flash bombs in his bag for no explained reason.
The latest relationship chart shows that Neko is in love with Yashiro and some other stuff.
