I have nothing to say because Brits can't view it. :/
Buuut there is a related 20th anniversary image◊, too.
It was bound to happen.Wow. Just...wow.
After all the permeation of Live-Action Syndrome, words cannot describe how glorious it is to see one of these channels actually acknowledge the shows that made them great on the anniversary of said shows, unlike some others (I'm looking at you, Nick).
Looking for some stories?Wow. Even Puffy Ami Yumi got a spot. I'm surprised. They NEVER acknowledge that show's existence. Ever.
This is incredible.

You are displaying abnormally high compulsions to over-analyze works of fiction and media. Diagnosis: TV Tropes Addiction.I was just about to post that. Gotta love that extended Powerhouse rendition, especially the mix with the Jonny Quest theme.
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Really love how they've reverted to a slightly-modernized version of their classic logo. Wonder if it's just for today?
...... TOM's in that poster! Holy crap!
Wow, I was pretty surprised to see Robot Jones and Puffy Ami Yumi there.
"Jolly good show" indeed, Pops. A whole bunch of them!

Eh....Fucking CRTC. Can't view the video outside the United States.
Those were both amazing.
Y'know what would be amazing in honor of this? If they did something similar to what Nick does on each Thanksgiving and aired an episode from every single one of their shows (or, at least, their original series or the ones that build the channel's foundation) in order of when each series debuted on the channel.
Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle. And that poster...wow. Studying it for a while, I can see whoever made it really went all out and dug deep here. Some surprising inclusions I found:
- Characters from the Justice Friends segments of Dexter's Lab
- Robot Jones!!! (So THAT's what happened to him!)
- Juniper Lee
- Out Of Jimmys Head characters...weird how they would include that much reviled series on here
- Class of 3000, sing! (Probably the most criminally underrated show Cartoon Network's ever had.)
- Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi
- Buck Tudrussel from Time Squad
- My Gym Partners A Monkey
- what looks like a stylized version of Tom from Toonami
- ...Squirrel Boy? Another strange inclusion, but okay.
- Wally Gator
...though some stuff I'm kinda sad wasn't represented on here (at least, as far as I saw):
- Mike Lu And Og (though, to be fair, it wasn't that great of a show...but it's still a classic!)
- Sheep In The Big City (which I will argue 'til the ends of the earth is the funniest, cleverest show that Cartoon Network has produced throughout its entire 20 years. Maybe I'm a bit biased, though, since I do credit that show a lot for helping me develop my own sense of humor.)

Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle.CN will actually air some of their old shows soon.
Really? Where'd you hear that?
Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle.Woke up this morning and watched some CN. Along with Dexter Lab, they've put Foster's Home and Gumball back on rotation.
Seeing some of these new bumpers really brings back Nostalgia. I'm one of the old guard who used to watch CN was back when all they had going for them were old syndicated Hanna Barbera cartoons. It's amazing how much the network has grown, Dork Age and all. I'm glad that they learned from the failures of CN Real and have even embraced their Periphery Demographic (something that both Disney Channel and Nickelodeon are reluctant to do.)

Wait, where's Wally Gator on that? I see Huckleberry Hound and Yogi Bear, but no alligators aside from that OOJH one.
It was bound to happen.Crap, I mixed those two up then.
Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle. That poster was given/sold at Comic Con I think? On the back, it had a list of all the characters categorized by series that you could find. If you Google for it, you could probably find it.
I always did like that Cartoon Network has a good track record of remembering their shows, good and bad. It helps them keep their nostalgia demographic, because everyone's nostalgic for different reasons.
I'm pretty sure the concept of Law having limits was a translation error. -WanderlustwarriorYup, found i—Magilla Gorilla?! Where?

It was bound to happen.Wow, they've even got Titan in there! And Jake stretched around everything! It makes my heart melt to see them acknowledging just about everybody in one place (sans Sheep In The Big City and Mike Lu And Og, which is a real shame)

Skipping over Sheep in the Big City is especially an egregious error of everything.
Also, the list: http://albotas.com/post/28563403177/cartoon-networks-20th-anniversary-poster-from
They typo'd "Delightful Children from Down the Lane," saying "of" instead of "from".
Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle. Those two gophers and the alligator from Out Of Jimmys Head are even on that poster!
Any chance this poster will go into retail because I'd definitely buy it. I'm actually using the wallpaper for doing to votes on my laptop.

That was fucking beautiful. I have nothing to say, other than thank you Cartoon Network for 20 years of entertainment.
