The image for Tiny Guy, Huge Girl has a watermark on it, and while the image is potholed to the source, I found no indication that we have permission to use it. People brought up both of these problems in the previous discussion, but I don't think they were properly addressed. When someone asked whether watermarks were against site policy, they got the reply that "it's barely visible", which 1) isn't true, and 2) isn't an answer. Watermarks are against the policy. Another troper raised the issue of permission, but that's it, no one seems to actually have asked the artist.

Moreover, I tend to agree with The Pope, who in the last thread said that the height difference is exaggerated by the artist, and even so doesn't show that much contrast between the two. They also suggested a Dragon/Donkey picture from Shrek, which I think would work much better. Here's the full pic at 350:

Pulled the pic; when it comes to watermarks, size matters not. The Shrek pic is fine with me.

Donkagon is already on Interspecies Romance.

I'd prefer one of the pictures that shows some kind of romance between the characters. Several suggested are okay. I prefer the first in #3, though it's not a clear favourite.

There's always Krillin and 18◊, or Luffy and Hancock.

Alright, since the Donkagon pic is out for this, either of the Scott/Barda pics works best for me (lean toward the second)

Any objections to switching the pic on Interspecies Romance for the one that's here? Not really crazy about the tight crop on that one.

The second Barda image is already on Statuesque Stunner.

3.1 has a huge guy as well. I like 10 — simple and cute, even though they might be near the same size when standing together.

I know the series they're from, and she's at least a foot taller than him.

Hmmm...10's not bad, I could live with that one.

Could we find something else from the same series as 10? To me it just looks like the guy is sitting and the girl is standing the way it's currently cropped.

That said, 10 is the best so far.

10 also looks to me like he's sitting and she's standing. A picture where they're both standing would be better.

There used to be an ad for a game along the same lines as Evony that was a short little thief and a big brawny amazonesque woman that could work. Bu I can't recall the name of the game.

Going back to the idea behind the original image, Peach and Small Mario/Luigi (Luigi in this case; we could easily recolor the green, though)◊ are an example of small man/larger woman.

I'd support either one of those. Lovely Complex is such a classic example that almost anything from it will work.

How about Andrew and Parley?

How well will it scale?

Here's the Gunnerkrigg Court example at wiki size. I think it's my favorite so far.

It shouldn't be "girl who is slightly taller than guy"; it should be "girl who utterly dwarfs guy".
