With a trope name like Disturbed Doves, why would you think it's about a Walking Shirtless Scene?
It doesn't do the best demonstration of the trope, but the trope is there.
Keep Until Better Image Suggested.
Check out my fanfiction!I have no problems with the current, but a scene with just doves flying off could be an improvement. Here's one from Hunter X Hunter: [1]◊
(And my Fan Myopia is really bugging me to shove this in here too: Medic◊)
please don't capitalize my handle. I just don't like it.Keep Until Better Image Suggested
I'll second replacing the current image, with the Medic Image.

Everything is Possible. But some things are more Probable than others. JEBAGEDDON 2016I got ninja'd. The Medic pic is alright, but I'd prefer it to be bigger. The John Woo pic isn't working...I'm getting a Photobucket error message.
I don't think the Medic is an improvement, as much as I like the weirdo.
Check out my fanfiction!Medic is not bad. What if we had two images side by side. First one would be the "disturbance" (someone shouting, whatever) and the second image would be "birds flying away".
EDIT: What about the third panel of this Questionable Content comic? I know it relies on speech bubbles to get the trope across but it's better than the current.

Momentum, a function of mass and velocity, is conserved between portals. In layman's terms: speedy thing goes in, speedy thing comes out.The current at least have doves in it.
The current is better than the Medic image, I feel, because of the tousled, blowing hair.
I get to be an Entry Pimp as well, yay!
The first page of Ears For Elves has a panel with doves flying off following a loud "THUNK".
The Medic image is good too, but as Willbyr said, I'd rather see it larger.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going. That Ears For Elves panel would work.

"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerNot feeling the Ears strip, that could be any flock of birds.
Found something, but the quality is...not so stellar.◊
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerI've seen worse scans from Negima, but I dunno how well the birds would show up at 350 px.
I do like that Negama thing though
@Lu's suggestion: I don't get "disturbed" from that; it looks like they like the guy.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.Had to look at the first one on my phone, but I like it...I'll check the second when I get home.
Doesn't anyone know a John Woo movie that does this?
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.GIS didn't help much with that...maybe someone else will have more luck.
Too indistinct? I couldn't find a good still shot of the actual scene or a clean video to get a screencap from.
EDIT: Found an animated GIF◊, but I'm not feeling getting a screencap tonight...maybe tomorrow.

I didn't think the current was about the guy's chest; the page is called Disturbed Doves. What I wasn't sure about was whether it's only doves. (It's not.) The caption is weak; maybe something about why they are significant?

Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!
Crown Description:
Nominations for replacement images:
First off, the quality of the picture is poor. Second, it's not obvious from the picture that the birds are the trope. It looks more like a Walking Shirtless Scene rather than the trope, birds flying away after a disastrous event. Yes, I know Avatar is really popular but this picture doesn't really demonstrate the trope.
