At least it's a new IP for a change. It's a start, I guess.
"Oh no, Sanji's Chronic Simprosis!" - Kou The MadThis seems interesting.
@Theboywonder Why?
I am completely, utterly, and thoroughly done with Sola Sonica and 2DI wonder if this is just another Dark Void, in which Capcom eagerly publishes a Western game from a no-name developer in hopes of gaining that ever so popular Western audience, only to fail miserably.
Because it will be cancelled. Violently cancelled.
Violently.
"Oh no, Sanji's Chronic Simprosis!" - Kou The MadCapcom doesn't really have any of my faith anymore.
That said, if it ends up coming out, I'll probably try it, because it looks interesting.
Well, hopefully, this game will go a long way to getting Capcom out of its image of Capcom Sequel Stagnation Syndrome. Capcom has been getting a lot of flak lately, and the fact that they are making an original game is a step in the right direction for them.

THE HUNTED BECOMES THE HUNTAAAAHHH
BLLEERRGH CURSE YOU HUNTER WHAT DID YOU STEAL FROM MEEE
Terrible lines, bad voice acting. Expected from a Capcom game I suppose, Revelations had the same flaw.
Yeah I didn't really think the lines were all that great either.
I don't have a beef with the voice acting. When I listen to voice acting, I ask myself one question: "Does it sound like nails scratching across a blackboard?" The voice acting in this game doesn't sound like that to me, so I don't have a problem with it.
I will say this, though...the main character sounds like she's British. What's a British character doing in what has to be France? Boy, I must sound like King Arthur from Monty Python and the Holy Grail, when he asks when the French are doing in England!
Oh, Equestria, we stand on guard for thee!Is it Watch_Dogs meets Assassins Creed or Deus Ex meets Mirrors Edge meets Inception?
In any case, it's definitely a departure from the ordinary Resident Evil or Street Fighter game. The writing and the voice-acting are not nearly as sharp as Ubisoft's Watch_Dogs, but it still looks fun to screw with others' memories. Hopefully Capcom doesn't pull some DRM stunt or screw the game over...

You know, Capcom has been pushing out some new IPs recently. Yeah, we've had our rash of Street Fighter IV's and Marvel vs Capcom 3's, and even Dead Rising 2's, but we've also had Dragon's Dogma, Asura's Wrath and now this. No, not everything they do is original, or even all that good, but they aren't just doing the stagnation thing.
Mega Man fanatic extraordinaireI liked the basic concept of those different types of attacks. In particular, the healing one intrigued me and I was also intrigued by the overal strategic possibilities that is enhanced by the ability to turn your enemies on your side. I also liked how one of the attacks is called Logic Bomb

It occurs to me that if you can rewrite memories at will and are currently accessing the memory of a guy piloting a gun craft dead set on killing you, tampering with his knowledge of how to fly and/or operate the guns would be a good idea.
Waiting on a TRS slot? Finishing off one of these cleaning efforts will usually open one up.I like the custom Combos, they remind me of God Hand, except more acrobatic.
Watch SymphogearGood point, ccoa.
I see it as a way of atoning for failing to do the same with God Hand (This is basically that with Acrobatics and uncharted style platforming).
Watch SymphogearLooks more like the Batman Arkham series to me.
Don't know where you're getting God Hand from.
Umbran Climax◊
Oh look, a Capcom game that's not a Resident Evil game or a another fucking fighting game re-release.
Don't get too attacthed folks.
