I used to watch Johnny Test.
Sonic Underground. Seems a lot of people hate the show for the musical numbers and the fact it wasn't SATAM. I didn't mind.
"@[=g3,8d]&fbb=-q]/hk%fg"Sonic Satam itself I think counts for me. Half the Sonic fanbase loves it over even the games while the other half think it's pretentious crap. I can kind of see points for both. It's one of the better balanced attempts at a dark take of the franchise but at the same time it has blatant plotholes and lacks depth and emotion that sometimes makes it look up it's own ass. The Spotlight-Stealing Squad issues in the second season are also polarizing since as annoying as it was Sally took over the whole thing, she was actually a rather endearing character.
Agreed with Sonic Underground. Really not that bad a show.
I actually think Almost Naked Animals is over-hated. It's not great, but I don't think it's that bad.

I actually prefer AOSTH over SATAM.
Shall we just say nearly every Sonic cartoon is this. Animation has yet to really master translating the games into a proper show, but it's friggin' Sonic The Hedgehog and there's unique charm in all the takes. I'd probably put Sonic X in the Manga/Anime thread as well.
Looked at a handful of Almost Naked Animals episodes. While it's mostly just generic wackiness, it isn't that horrible, and it's actually kinda charming and funny at times.

AOSTH and Satam are good. Underground and X suck to the limit of sucking.
That. I'm still waiting for a consistently good Sonic show.
I myself not only watched Johnny Test, I actually enjoyed watching it. Still do, actually, when it's on. Same *might* count for Totally Spies, but I'm not sure how hated or liked it is.
Signatures are for lamers. It doesn't just have to be for hated franchises. This is for shows that give polarizing reactions, eg. you like them but have a mixed reception within their target audience.
Alternatively it could refer to you, it may be a show that has lots of flaws or directions you dislike, but you still find a charm and desire to watch.
Spongebob Squarepants: Even early on, I thought the show's weirdness was a bit hit and miss, but it was genuinely hilarious a large amount of times and the characters have their charm. Even in the later darker episodes, there make the odd gem to still draw me in (eg. the rather recent "Ear Worm").

The first Ben 10 series.
I liked My Gym Partners A Monkey.
Squirrel Boy, on the other hand, I've completely forgotten.
I never saw Squirrel Boy. I did like Scaredy Squirrel and would appreciate if anyone can point me to the other half of the series. (I found the first half in a now-missing torrent, but the other half seems to be MIA.)
Also, it may sound silly, but I can kinda identify with My Gym Partner's a Monkey. I was always a fish out of water in school.
I hated Squirrel Boy because I always found Rodney rather obnoxious for some reason. My sister and I loved My Gym Partner's A Monkey.
Total Drama has plenty of fans and haters, and I like it. I openly criticize the sore spots and praise the finer moments.
6teen, however, I get rather defensive over when it's criticized. Weird.
I don’t even know anymore.Besides being made in Flash, I'm not sure what about 6Teen gets some folks' panties in a twist. I thought it was okay, I liked it being sort able to bridge the gap between regular Cartoon Network programming and Adult Swim.
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatI never paid attention to 6teen. Ever.
I liked the first Ben 10 series.
You know, before it became Cartoon Network's little cash cow. Am I using the right term for "series that gets the most love out of executives not because of its quality but because of the money it produces"?

>Executives
>Caring about anything except how much money a show produces
Also Almost Naked Animals for me

http://s1.zetaboards.com/Conceptual_Evolution/ http://sagan4.com/forum/index.phpUsed to be alright with TUFF Puppy, but now...Not really sure.
If you wanna PM me, send it to my mrsunshinesprinkles account; this one is blorked. The Dreamstone a thousand times for me. It frustrates me to no end with it's flaws but at the same time I obsessively watch it. It suffers a similar problem as Sonic Satam in that all the love and effort is put into developing and spotlight a specific addition rather than making a rounded universe, meaning the Urpneys are awesome and make every scene they are in hilarious, but everything else is bland and unbearably saccharine.
Also Inspector Gadget to a lesser extent. The show does a lot of right things in terms of style and characters, and Gadget himself is pretty funny and likeable, but I feel the show would have had more lasting appeal if he was actually the slightest bit competent.

Brave, at least. On these forums.
I was very fond of both Chalk Zone and Catscratch as a kid. I'm not sure if The Secret Show counts...
I'm having to learn to pay the priceThunder Cats 2011. It seems like people really love to be harsh towards the show, more than necessary.

I copied this thread from the Manga/Anime one, since I think it's common enough to talk about considering some of the topics here.
Is there a particular animation that you or other fanbases are highly critical of, yet you still watch devotedly?
