Reading over the pages, I think somebody's convinced that Batman Forever and Batman & Robin are their own continuity. Personally I could've sworn Forever was supposed to be a direct link to Tim Burton's two films (despite Harvey Dent changing from Lando Calrissian to Agent K), and that the only reboot here was when Christopher Nolan stepped in...
