Ellen Yin indeed, though she doesn't seem to be a GCPD person here. I've mentioned Max Eckhardt in Rorschach's signup sheet, so what the hell, why not throw out some more GCPD names?

My version of Rorschach hasn't gone off the deep end, but she will still murder people if they harm children. Normally, she takes it easy on drug dealers and drug users since they're really just victims and the druglords are the ones in charge, but when you get kids involved... I'd say her body count so far is 25-30 criminals.

Thus the mentioning of my Noodle Incident wasn't that far off from your depiction of her! XD

On the subject of Ma'alecandra'ans, their shapeshifting abilities would probably help them adapt pretty well to the barren conditions of the planet. But I've not no qualms against the Green Martians, White Martians, or hell, even the Yellow Martians going off-world and being known about by Rocket.

I hope my recent post about Arkham was alright... It doesn't quite make sense for Batman not to try to improve on Arkham Asylum as billionaire Bruce Wayne, but goddamn it, buying a freezer to hold Victor Fries is going to cost a pretty penny.
