I wanted to state that Orihime's transformation is more to use her speed to reach another place than anything else. Of course, if an MG is up there, there might be a battle.

The chance for Ryota to turn evil is incredibly low. He cares about this city and the people in it, plus as much of a jerk he is to his sister, he wouldn't ever side against her.

Must constantly remember that Go is thirteen! He can be celibate 'n shit and be all heroic like a true Rider! Or like that one thing in anime—pretty sure we have a trope for it—where we have ladies like "Oh, I am in love with Kenstar, but he is incapable of love!" but then Kenstar's like "HADERRRRRRRRRRR, PANCAKES!"
Do we have a specific trope for the specific gags that result from a romance between a girl and the Idiot Hero?

@Raineh Daze: You mean Orihime? Well... yeah, pretty much. Honestly, I choose that one because it seemed good. Besides, it's all seen from her view point. Rather they know or not, she ignores it.
@Anno R: Yeah, she's ten. Her DMG identity looks adult just because it embodies her wish to grow and brave up. It also embodies her fear of water(a catgirl with fire powers)... which doesn't explain why she goes right to the edge of a lake.

What the hell, hero?
She's just too childish and she had been seen too much love stories and soap operas (I know by personal experience that 10 y-o girls would watch soap operas. That personal experience are my younger sisters) and she got head over heels for it. Overly trashy and sentimental... and a likely result of so many hours watching shoujo. REGRET NOTHING!!
